Shamoo100:
So here is my Gaming center setup experience so far!
I have always wanted to open a gaming center for God knows how long now.. And as luck will have it I got a nice position this year(in my opinion tho). I was formally in minna Niger State but moved to Sokoto State last year due to NYSC and stuff.. Luckily I have a uncle there already working as a Medical Dr.. Service is always somehw nw.. Allawee and stuff so me and my uncle decided to partner up and open a game center.
Luckily we got a location close to the University.. Usman danfodio University and its close to thier bus stop and the whole place is a student area.. Perfect
We rented a shop(pictures of when we went to check the shop below) @50k not too big sha.. Around 20-25 Sq meter and paid agent fee.. Unlike ogar crafteck.. No budget.. We were just moving with the flow as the MOney come..
Had various concepts in mind (shared some too below)
We already had 2 extra Tv's at home and a PS3.. The intention is to start with a Ps2 PS3 and Ps4 and see how it goes..
The chunk of our own money went into renovation of the shop tho(Pop, Screeding, lightning and floor tiles) .. Funny how we've spent over 250k on the shop alone as of this afternoon here's how the shop is.. If you have suggestions please they'r welcomed.
Chairs we got are just four for now + a long sitter that will be inside
Presently am waiting for ps2 and Ps4 from Jumia to be deliverd
We plan to open by March when student fully resume.
i'll keep up with the thread as the setup continues

P4 from jumia is ok but p2... Not so much... Following thread

Shamoo100:
Nice thread sir.. Am currently on thesame journey.. Permission to drop my pictures too sir

Uw boss

Lol

chivic:
What make should I look out for!

Just enter a thermocool dealership, spend btw 120 to 150.any one in the market is probably meddled with already

chivic:
I mean,I woumt use it to pump water.Just want the best gen with fuel economy and good sound

No pump... A 2.8 of like 70k will do

chivic:
But what's the best Gen to recommend for that price

Close to 5kva,just reduce the power when ur not using it for pump

chivic:
Don't need inverter for now.Just powering a fridge or a deep freezer (or both) a TV set and few ceilling fans. Then once in like 3month might use it on a low capacity pumping machine .

As long as pumping machine is involved you need more than 2.5

chivic:
Will need something from 2.5kva above

What are you powering, r u sure inverter won't work.

chivic:
Please who can advice me on the best generator to get.
I actually need a generator that is good and with low sound between a price range of 75 000 naira to 120,000 naira.

Patiently waiting for nairalanders.

Required power, consumption and application comes b4 price

Same

Lol.. Who go buy am... 750k..loo

Holuwahyomzzy:

LuciferPastor:

Lord, please bless every Nairalander reading this with a baby with a hole in the heart so they may buy these things for themselves too.

Amen.

don't play with such boss

Do they have PVC.. Lol

Replace p3 or change wireless board

hakinze00:
Exactly what I am saying, imagine u bought it 50k from him and he is valuing it back for 10-15k, because with 80-85k u should be able to get urself a clean used slim ps4... But if u do not want to go thru the stress of selling d ps3 u can go for d swap but at least reduce his asking price to 60k

Exactly

dake40:
I bought the game 50k in Jan from a RELIABLE game seller. (I have known him for years) The guy sells and download games and assures me of replacement should the game run into any trouble (6 months guarantee). Now, the guy offers to swap a slim ps4 for my slim ps3 +70k. I think that's outrageous.

Though the ps4 would come with another 6 month guarantee

Does the deal sound cool?

Lol... Butty full this forum, p3 base value is 25 to 30k,u de oay for 6 months warranty, if there's wahala na story, just buy decent one and it would last years

IamPlato:
have you played hit man

it's the first game anyone in the 90s would have played naaa

Jkyoung:
Vexation everywhere as a result of bad governance.

Let's end the sufferings with our PVC.

Send the dullard back to Daura.

Be Atikulate!!!

#saynotojunglejustice.

Wow... You politicized this also... Well done

IamPlato:
I Said Hit Man 1 not 007

no vex, I meant hit man, was busy

undefeateds:
Assuming am d judge,i will have everyone involve hanged, even if she really steal, what right do they have to be stripping a woman naked, instead of handing her to the police

Dangers of d trade bro

Ik

IamPlato:
i Was Not Lost In The Game, it Appeared To Be Impossible to Get Past because The Security Was Unbelievably Tight. You Need To Play The Game, that Particular Mission Was Titled "Gun Runner's Paradise"

All 007 are easy, study everyone's movement, create distraction etc.

IamPlato:
thats Not True. I Finished Hit Man 2 but I Couldnt Finish Part 1, i Was Stuck On The Very Last Mission.. Every Other Game I Played Was Easier, every Game I Played, i Finished It

being lost doesn't mean a game is hard or impossible, I played yakuza and my brain started paining me in 5 mins, hit an requires creative thinking and intelligence

So i decided that 22 or 24 inch tvs would be better for ps3, makes no sense using 32 since ps4 would be 22, i ordered 4 PCs from jumia, they called to confirm, was too busy to pick, they cancelled the order but later sent one. I opened the package after delivery, it was horrific waste of 24k.the real name was wiped off and be sonic was printed cheaply on it, it had speakers by the side, it was a 19 inch TV sold as 22 since speakers made it look bigger to inexperienced eyes. Remember the average hand span is 8inch, that's how to quickly measure TV screen, it was 8+8+ about 2....estimated. I've called them to pick their nonsense

hakinze00:
My guy not advisable... They will just ask u to pay a lot extra, sell ur slim ps3 and add the money u have in mind, then see if that will get u a ps4 slim, swap+cash deal is not advisable

Hin no wan hear na.., he would end up with a p4 with processor problem.. Truth is bitter, p4 costs like 3 times of p3

tobianthony:
My bad didn't look well ...so when are you opening fully ?

The free hours I did gave some confidence, I will get someone to stay ASAP, im 2 busy to stay there since I sell p4 installation accts etc,

IamCharles123:
aiit, but theres no harm in trying, if it fails, at least i tried, and there is always a first to everything.

Since you made up your mind long ago, that defeats d purpose of this thread.. You need no one's opinion

No game is difficult, if u think it is, the genre isn't for you. Rpg and jrpg ain't for me.
