I noticed them yesterday but dismissed them as abandoned rooster chicks. However, I noticed a short tailed flightless bird in their proximity this morning. I guess the big bird is their mum.
But you know birds like that are too shy for the camera so I "convinced" one of the little ones to pose for some pictures( 30 seconds of fame for a chick )

It's actually a bonus. I also browsed in the early hours and was rewarded with it

Instead of looking for someone with that amount of money, why don't you look for individuals or groups that will be able to contribute till that amount is reached. Then you can treat each of them as share owners of your company. The higher the amount you contributed, the more stakes you will have in the company.
Or...................................................
You could pitch your idea to your family and friends( or village people ) and promise them ( or lie to them ) that you have mouth offering rewards for them if they contribute towards making your TV Station becomes operational. You could also go to your alma mata or old students of your former school to ask for sponsorship for this project as well if you don't want to involve your family members.
