I have been saving up for a car and would have the complete money by 3rd week in December.

I am in a dilemma though, I was planning to wait till January before making the purchase due to what I heard about cars being cheaper in January. But then again I heard tokunbo cars will be expensive from January next year due to new government policies.

I need your advice people, what's the best time to buy a car? 3rd week in December 2014 or 2nd week in January 2015.
