Computers / Re: Best Antivirus To Use by crazy4cellphon: 10:08am On Feb 24, 2012
I've been using kaspersky antivirus for 5 years now, and I never found any problem. All my friends ask me to scan their flashes because when they flash them elsewhere the still keep viruses.
It happened when I was using Avira, and my computer caught a virus, Avira didn't help kick it out. I format my computer and it wouldn't go. As soon as I install avira, it catches the virus, but it won't delete it. I installed a trial version of kasper, and it helped me with it. I was satisfied many times with its work. But the only problem is that it makes your computer become a little slow.
If you've got a good computer, at 512gb ram, I recommend you Kaspersky.

Computers / Re: Best Tablet Out There To Buy by crazy4cellphon: 10:06am On Feb 24, 2012
From my experience, ASUS makes a decent product but if anything goes wrong, you are all but screwed. I am extraordinarily disappointed with their attitude that the customer is bothering them. I thought that it was just the USA distributor, but when I sent a message to ASUS' home office I never got a reply. I finally bought a new motherboard, NOT ASUS, and even the folks at the computer store told me ASUS is a royal pain even for them to do business with. Never again ASUS for me.

Thanks

Phones / Re: Android: How To Solve Excessive Bandwidth Usage On Your Phone by crazy4cellphon: 10:03am On Feb 24, 2012
To reduce the resource usage one can always avoid using too many scripts, can reduce the banners and adds of other sites or even one can avoid using https protocol and not force html to handle server-side code. This will really help in reducing the resource usage.

Phones / Re: How To Transfer Pictures From LG Phone to PC by crazy4cellphon: 9:58am On Feb 24, 2012
You can do what you want using BitPim, which you can download from the BitPim web site (search for it on the web - this site won't accept a URL in the post). Note that it does not yet have support for the env3 (LG VX9200), but if you use the "Phone Wizard." on the settings menu and pick the LG VX9100 (env2), you can download and upload photos. The phone will reset occasionally, and you'll have to pick the phone again in the wizard, but it gets the job done.
Phones / Re: What Is The Difference Between Bb9700/9900 by crazy4cellphon: 9:54am On Feb 24, 2012
The features are generally the same except for the track wheel on the 9000 being replace by a touch pad and internet connection being quicker depending on the carrier. Both generally are reliable phones compared to nokias which in the last few years have had a consumer history of returns due to defective software.
