How many times has this government removed 'subsidy'? What is stopping the govt to repair at least 2 refineries? Abeg even Calculus is way easier to solve than this govt.
Another way forward is to give license to those mini refineries on the creeks that are refining crude oil. Infact encourage them sef by giving waivers. But no. You clamp down on them and keep importing the product that a local Ijaw man can refine locally by himself.
