WebmastersRe: Understanding Keywords, Content And Copywriting by CrazyPros: 7:07am On Oct 02, 2019
Keywords are important but not for the reason you stated and can't be number one. Search Engines today are very smart, they use several factors to determine the quality of content and no longer rely on keywords.

The only benefit keyword will avail you is in researching the potential of the topic you want to write on. Once you've gotten a quality topic you can then proceed to write a comprehensive, all-inclusive content (1500 words and above) on the subject.

Keyword stuffing is dead and you can be penalized for it. You are better off with LSI than just repeating keywords.

All the best.

RomanceRe: Why Do This Happen Much In Nigerian Universities??? by CrazyPros: 6:51pm On Sep 14, 2019
When you give people power without a way of checking excesses. Things happen.

Nigeria always builds systems where they give people power without a way of checkmating it.

Jamb or whatever is the name is supposed to be a body that regulates admission.

They can come to any school and audit admission process.

But alas, they are toothless bulldogs, that any VC can subvert their policy at will.

Any school can decide to give anybody admission and nobody says jack.

What I observed is that they prioritize admission to people who do their remedial or pre-degree courses irrespective of their score.

Then followed by money bags and people with the connection.

Then if any is left, those who merit it can go in.

In the sense, it's all about the money, the people who did predegree have lined the pockets of the VC with their exorbitant fees. Think about 5k students multiply by 50k each per year. And the federal government is not going to ask them to account for this money.

igbodefender:
Let's face it. Lack of venture capital is the biggest reason. Abroad a website van even get up to $1million (N360 million) in seed funding. But in Nigeria, mba. Well, you can still succeed in Nigeria. But it will take loads and loads of patience...
This is a fact, but we can't underscore the cost of launching those startups and I doubt if a website that offers value in Nigeria is built with $10,000 funds, there won't be venture capitalists interested.

It's simple, you buy cheap, you sell cheap. You built a website for 25k, how much do you want a VC to invest?

But notwithstanding, the poor startup funds can be augmented by offering real value content and consistency.
WebmastersWhy Most Nigerians Don't Make Money Online by CrazyPros(op):
I mean making legitimate money online, I know this cost I'm a web developer and almost all my blogging clients pack up after a few months. I observed the same trend in other monetization methods too, like Fiverr, etc.

When I thought and reflection on this, I've come to realize two things barricading a lot of Nigerians from making bank from the internet.

I will be examining these two challenges and looking at a way out from them. Hopefully, you can pick one or two things from it.

FLAWED VALUE SYSTEM

I've discovered most Nigerians have a hard time placing value on man-hour and intellectual property. I paid over 100k to learn web development, yes I know there are free youtube videos out there, but I wanted to learn from a real live one on one teacher. I wanted to spend my hard-earned money to do that, this will help me put value to that. I observed I was more serious in my pricing and presentation of web development jobs that other skills I learned off youtube or blogs like WordPress etc.

For instance, I bought a BSO for $80 and what was delivered was this:

Here is the method...as simple as :
1- Visit: <Website Link>

2- select or search for a software to review
3- u can review even if u never used...just google for some reviews...rewrite
4- sometimes u need to take a screenshot as proof of using the app...like taking screenshot of you logged in your Gmail
5- There are 2 options to login to g2
5-1: Using a domain email(u can get a cheap domain from Namecheap and use catch-all email option, so u can create many accounts with 1 domain)
5-2: using a normal email, create a fake LinkedIn and use it to log in
6- You can get 5 cards per account
7- You get amazon cards if u use an IP where amazon is available. If not, u get a visa gift card.

That's it, aside from the link I removed, you have the same item that cost me $80. But the video below is proof of me making over $1000 from that block of text above.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7ecdLMbIe54&t=74s

If someone gave me that free, I wouldn't even have implemented it despite knowing it may be worth something.

Reflecting on how some clients will price me for website design jobs, I noticed the same pattern, I once designed and hosted a blog, everything for N5000. Believe me, I did that, blog design, domain and hosting for N5000. And you will think people who got such huge discount will make great use of it, far be it. He abandoned the blogs in a few weeks.

In summary, what this means is that how you buy, has a long way in determining how you sell. If you think what you bought or can buy is of little or no value, it will reflect in your attitude when you want to sell and your buyers will detect that lack of value while transacting with you.

I've personally made it a point not to receive free tutorials or ebooks, I want to pay for it and if it's not worth my money, it's not valuable for me.

Do this and see how things change from now, how you change the value you have for your time and skills. Your clients and customers will notice this confidence and confirm the value of what they are buying from you.

SHATTERED REPUTATION

As one of the few persons who dare to sell and market ourselves online as Nigerians, I can tell you, it's not easy, I've seen clients disappear from me immediately I tell them I'm a Nigerian.  Not realizing this extra huddle as an internet marketer is akin to shooting yourself in the foot.

In this vein, I always put myself in the shoes of my would-be client and ask myself if I would have gone on with the deal if the tables were turned.

This is why I always make an effort to rationally provide assurance to my clients by way of making it possible that they get their money back if the deal didn't go as planned.

One way of doing this is to use freelance platforms. Like Fiverr, seoclerk, etc.

As they get to trust me and my delivery, I can diversify to other means like, directly accepting PayPal payment which they can also get refunds on if the deal doesn't go as expected.

CONCLUSION

There are many ways to make money online, be it freelancing, digital arbitrage, blogging or affiliate marketing, but you must be willing to spend real money in learning and executing these methods.

THE ICT UNIT

61. The Sahara Family was in top gear, thousands of new members were joining weekly. With new influx of funds the construction at The Sahara Farm was nearing completion. Aiden was serious about having the farm functional as soon as possible. #bitcoin #WhyWomenKill

62. The Sahara Family work force has been divided into units, there is the ICT unit, the accounts unit, The Legal unit, the admin unit and the business unit. The most popular unit and most interesting for Aiden is the ICT unit. #AmazonFire #TEETH #ThursdayThoughts

63. When not in his office, he's always in this unit, either brainstorming with Aliyu the head of the unit or testing out new features and apps. His goal was to make the family as digital as possible, hence every sector is routed into the ICT platform #KarmaStrikes

64. It was a policy that every staff must be a member of the family, this he ensured by mandating everyone including himself to enroll in the digital registration and biometric capture exercise. And of course, everyone paid the compulsory N10000 registration fee. #bitcoin

65. The ICT unit was the pillar of the organizations operation and Aiden has steady eye on it. He was the first to know of any feature before it goes live and the unit was really efficient in developing the platform. Mobile apps were ready and deployed. #WhyWomenKill

66. Right now users can register, build their profile, setup their blow and mini store which is just an extension of affiliate marketing products and referral system. They can also engage each other in a public forum for various discussion and can also seek legal advice.

67. The platform which is connected to the ecommerce store allows users to seamlessly other for products with cash or their earnings. Most ICT savvy members were making bank from this platform. Ajimobi, a 19 year old member in Lagos cashed out over N430,000 in a month.

68. Aiden's goal by next month was to move the ICT unit to the farm once the admin complex is completed. He also wants to start a free ICT training institute in the farm. His plan once to get interesting members of the family to learn ICT skills while working in the farm

69. So students learn their skills 3 days in a week and then work in the farm the other 3 days. He was also contemplating between paying the students monthly stipend and giving the free accomodation, logistics and 2 meals daily. He opted for the later. #bitcoin #TEETH

70. A month later, the farm complex was ready, even though the new hostel and staff lounge was still under construction, he asked the ICT unit to move and gave up his new home in his two plots at Afam to the staff temporarily. It took a week to complete the transition.

THE FIRST FARM

51. Everything is going to plan but Aiden is noticing a shortage of funds. Thre is much to do and less funds to achieve them. He've just spent 12.5million on the land and documentation. Spent 5 million on the office space and over 5 million on advert and other logistics

52. He has less than 3 million in cash from the 25 million Obi gave him. But business is good, with over 1000 registered members raising over 10 million naira in registration fees alone. The overhead cost is sorted out. #EndSARsImpunityNow #whyisthis #SaveSpiderMan

53. He instructed accounts units to build a sharing formula for registration fees. Each N10,000 registration fee should be divided into 5 parts. N2000 for affiliates or advertisement if no affiliate. N2000 for overhead cost. N2000 reinvestment. N2000 goes into agriculture

54. And finally, N2000 goes into legal and social security. He instructed Emeka to setup a legal squad, and start building a war chest to be of assistant to members when they need it. He tasked him to work with Aliyu in integrating free legal consultancy into the website.

55. But the chief concern on Aiden's mind was the farm, he needed it up and running in no distant time. A basic office complex architectural design he got will cost 35 Million naira to build plus over 5 million naira to get power supply into the farm. #buharicabinet

56. He needed 40 million naira to get that farm ready, meanwhile, two most in-demand products have run out of stock and Obi's shipment is not coming in anytime soon. Obi, on the other hand, is demanding more funds to be able to supply more quantity in the next shipment

57. If only he could get 1000 persons to signup daily, that farmhouse will be ready within the next month. But The Family is running out of stock and there may be no replacement within the next month. Maybe a strategy shift is necessary. #whyisthat #SaveSpiderMan

58. He instructed Mandel to sell the social angle of The Family. "Tell them, to join a family that carters for their social and financial interest, where they could build the future they want without fear, but be careful to not make any explicit promises" #buharicabinet

59. "And change whoever is in charge of online campaign, the stats is not good, we can do better than that". That was the winning move, in few days, signups started growing, gradually online leads overtook offline leads. Singups were pushing to 900 daily. #savespiderman

60. In a week, The Sahara Family was adding over 1000 members daily. Work started on the farm office complex in earnest. New products Aiden ordered from China directly arrived and they came branded, they could make do with this while waiting for Obi. #whyisthat #trump

SEMINARS AND ADVERT

41. Two week later, Obi's shipment made port, and The Sahara Family had their hands on the product, it was time to blow the big horns, it was time to get the family to work. Though Obi only agreed to release half of the shipment to the family, it was enough at the time

42. Mandel was in full form, booked solid with appointments at various radio and TV stations, it was time to blow the trumpet loud and clear. The advert and message was simple. "Join a family that cares for your welfare legally, financially and socially" he boasted.

43. The plan was simple, people register to join the family with N10,000, they can they either become affiliates and earn from referral sales. Or become distributors. They order for the products at distributors price, and when they take delivery... #whyisthat #Trump

44. They can distribute to online and offline consumers within their locality. For instance, one of the products imported was an electronic mosquito repellent. It was listed for sale at the website for N1,500. Obi imported it at the cost of N600 each, supplied it...

45. To the Sahara Family at the cost of N800 each. Each state dealer gets the product at N1000 each and they are to sell to distributors at N1200 each. Then distributors sell to consumers at N1500 per product. This way everybody in the chain profits #technology #whyisthat

46. But the most interesting thing is how the system is automated, their is little or no need for anybody in the chain to advertise. The family does all the advert and recruits the army of affiliates to follow up on social media and on their blogs. #dmxchallenge #Trump

47. When a user places an order, an instant SMS is sent to the nearest distributor to deliver the product, of course a notification is sent to their online account they need to confirm they have stock and can deliver. After delivery, they are credited for the sale. #Trump

48. This also comes to play when a distributor places and order to refill stock, the nearest state dealer gets notified to deliver to said distributor. And then The Sahara Family delivers directly to state dealers #WednesdayWisdom #technology #Trump #NoToRacism #whyisthat

49. It was important to train everybody in the chain on how to go about their duties, so new members were either to come physically to the office annex for a short seminar or take a video course online before they were allowed in. This was for safety and efficiency.

50. The setup worked like a charm a, hundreds of new members joined daily and thousands of products were sold. But their was urgent need to establish presence at each state for better distribution. Aiden tasked Mandel to establish an office and warehouse in every state.

GATHER THE SQUAD

31. While the squad went about their duties Haven disbursed funds for the task. Aiden asked his driver to take him on a trip to the outskirts of the city, they were going to Afam, a distant town he once lived, one thing Aiden likes most about this town is the power supply

32. The town has 24 hours uninterrupted power supply being that it host one of #Nigeria biggest gas turbines. This is where he wanted The Sahara Family's farm and by extension headquarters situated. He was going to meet a land agent who is also an indigene of the town.

33. Even though Mr. Okechukwu the agent wasn't in when they arrived, his daughter was very helpful in connecting Aiden to her dad by providing his phone number. Aiden reached Mr. Okechukwu who asked him to wait while he makes his home. #cubanachief #bitcoin #Nigeria

34. The talk went well, Mr. Okechukwu knew who could sell 100 hectares of farm land and will reach out to them immediately. He will make inquiries and get back to Aiden he promised. Meanwhile he had 10 plots of land in town he was eager to sell, Aiden made an offer for it

35. 3 days later Aiden and Emeka had met the land owners, negotiations went well and they settled for 20 million naira, but Aiden can't raise that amount at once so opted to pay 10 million upfront and pay the balance 6 months later. There was a deadlock as they seller...

36. Insisted it has to be 12 million upfront and 10% interested on the balance per month. Emeka advised not to agree to that, instead he proposed to offer 12 million upfront and the balance in 6 months with no interest, that was good for Aiden and he asked the sellers...

37. To consider it, they told him they will get back to him in few days. Meanwhile Mandel has done a fantastic job in furnishing and the office complex and the annex where Aiden intends to hold weekly seminars and trainings. #WorldHumanitarianDay #bitcoin #Nigeria

38. Aliyu and his team were doing a great job, on the website, Haven setup the platform and framework, it was time to load content, integrate features and extensions and test rigorously. Essentially, the site would be ready in a week time and that matches when... #bitcoin

39. Obi na China estimated his shipment will land. Those products need to be in the warehouse for The Sahara Family program to kick off. So at the moment, everything is ready except the products. Aiden hated this wait. In the interim he could tidy things up. #dmxchallenge

40. The land owners have finally agreed to his terms and he has tasked Emeka to do the paperwork. Mandel have drawn up activity scale for the first month campaign. He hired an accountant and everybody's renumeration has been worked out #Nigeria #findinghoshi #LISA24MPARTY

GETTING STARTED

21. Two days after his birthday, Aiden was browsing through Quora as a pastime when a credit notification came in, Obi has sent the 25 million naira as promised, it's time to get to work. He picked his phone, called Obi to notify him of the credit receipt. #SundayThoughts

22. He called Mandel up, and asked him to leave whatever he's doing and head to Port Harcourt immediately, Mandel has been his boy and friend from secondary school, in a twisted narrative both met and became members of the "bush club" in secondary school, the club which...

23. It's root and base in a forest behind the school is notorious for harboring the most carefree and stubborn students of the school. It was a shelter from the though life at the school, and in there they built their brotherhood. Mandel of course was very sociable and

24. Diplomatic to sage levels, an orator per excellent and an entertainer all the same. He came to respect Aiden who was 3 classes ahead of him for his master strategic ability and selfless leadership charisma and both of then ran the "bush club" like no man business.

25. Mandel was unemployed at the moment, Haven graduated few years ago, he left Lagos immediately and took the next available bus to Port Harcourt. Aliyu was also on his way from Kano, he was a computer programmer and was Aiden's boy at Unical. #frodd #TheGhanaGrand

26. Emeka was a legal hotcake in Onitsha, one of Aiden's boy's too from Unical, he was doing well Haven recently floated his own legal Chambers, he had no problem getting to Port Harcourt as fast as he could. Aiden then made reservations in a hotel nearby for Mandel. #aoc

27. He called back Obi na China and inquired of his current shipment, then told him of his plan to buy off the shipment from him, he wants new members of the Sahara family to be become distributors and earn from it. He intends to build a digital distribution system. #aot

28. Later in the day, he got delivery of a clean black Lexus 450 Suv. You need to see the surprised look of his neighbor's when the got knowledge it was his. Many just confirmed their suspicion he was a Yahoo boy. It was time to go search for a good office space. #Nigeria

28. By midday the next day, he had his grand crew ready at the lounge of golden tulip hotel where he carefully explained their mission and how he wants it started immediately. Aliyu was tasked to organize his crew and get the e-commerce site online ASAP. #bitcoin

29. Emeka was tasked to handle the registration of the organization and draft legal paperwork while collaborating with Aliyu to ensure legal compliance was observed. He also tasked him to oversee the renting of an office complex and follow up on the paperwork. #Nigeria

30. Mandel had the biggest task, he was to oversee the timely delivery of the sub units while making sure the office complex was decorated and furnished to taste. Additional he was to handle the brand development and advertisement as soon as the website was ready.#bitcoin

THE MEETING

11. At the lounge or the hotel, they were seated, Obi na China, as he was popularly called sipping on a glass of champagne, "Boy ele way" he inquired from Aiden his friend, "You've been hiding all this while, what have you cooked up" he further inquired #ARSBUR

12. "Nwa it's time o, no need to bit around the bush, how much can you raise for me, I need 50 million naira or more and what products do you have coming in from China" Aiden injected. "Because I've designed the perfect module to achieve our goal" he continued #SociaLiga

13. "This one you are calling money like this, fill me in na, what's the module and I can only raise ten million naira at the moment" Obi responded. "The module is simple, we are building a digital family, you know like the family we are into, I call it The Sahara Family"

14. "The Sahara Family will be basically into 3 things, Agriculture, Tourism and Entertainment and Industrialization, we'll be starting with Agriculture, tourism, and eCommerce that's why I asked for your latest shipments" Aiden replied. #IGOHOT #SaturdayMotivation

15. "Wait, wait... Don't tell me after these years of hiding, you didn't come up with something tangible the 3 things you've just mentioned comprises of more than 5 industries, please you better tell me something reasonable". Obi responded, feeling a bit disappointed

16. "Imagine as an ordinary citizen of Nigeria, you can register on a website that can provide jobs for you immediately, send lawyers to defend you if you have a falling with the law, offer medical assistance when needed and provide a progressive community of like minds"

17. "With just N10,000 registration fee, anybody can be part of the biggest family in Nigeria and enjoy the protection and provision it offers. We'll together build it into a force of wealth, prosperity and security for all" Aiden replied. With a look that registered...

18. His audience wasn't quite convinced and he was not ready to explain further. "How do you intend start and grow this family, and if they are paying for the registration, why do you need this huge startup capital?" Obi asked, with eyes fixated on his friend's face

19. "I've studied the system and noted people want to see to believe, so we'll do things that way, flashy cars and fancy offices, lofty promises and progressive activism, once they are in, we can reveal the cause and let the reality of the mission sink in" Aiden replied

20. "Ok, I will raise 25 million for you within the week, I will see how much I can raise more before the month end. Send me your account info, and please, don't fail, I'm counting on you". Obi concluded. Aiden raised and took a sip from his glass of Champagne. #MAGA
