If it’s a new suit, then the court should quickly throw it out as it would be nothing other than an abuse of court process. The preservative orders are in respect of the suit instituted by Bala Gombe. Going behind Bala Gombe to ask the court to grant all the reliefs they are seeking is an abuse of court process.

They want to box INEC to a corner because INEC won’t want to go all out to argue against the reliefs they are seeking. Bala Gombe must immediately file to be joined as a party to the suit. He’s an affected party and he’s the only one that can argue strongly against the granting of the reliefs.

So naturally, INEC should recognize Nwosu and Nafiu because, as at 2nd September, these were the recognized personalities by INEC.

And if Nwosu claimed he had resigned before then, then the mantle of leadership passes to Nafiu Gombe.

David Mark could not assume leadership because there was no congressional election that brought him to power.

David Mark was not even a member of ADC until the day he and Rauf Aregbesola stole the mantle.
