I am glad Mr. President and indeed the entire media team of the presidency have refused to allow Onaiyekan get away with such an irresponsible partisan public comment. Since Onaiyekan has decided to ridicule himself by being so openly partisan, he should be treated as such. No one no matter how highly placed should be allowed to attack the integrity of our electoral system and get away with it.

If Onaiyekan wants to support a candidate openly, he should drop the cassock and do so with his full chest. If he can't muster the courage to resign honorably, the Catholic Church should defrock him immediately. The pulpit shouldn't be a platform for partisan attacks.

This violate CBN guidelines for Microfinance Banks which opay falls under, once a loan is overdue by 90 days it's classified as Lost at which point interest stops accruing.
