Simply Download "Eset" mobile antivirus on google play store...let it run an "in-depth" scan on your phone and it's gonna detect and delete the viruses (Trojans)...Trust me, it happened to me on my Samsung J7 Pro and this is exactly what i did and ever since, my phone has been running smooth...

Downloading antivirus is something I won't wanna do 'cos I believe it has it own effect

Warning this is just for adults. This is one of the most traumatizing things to search on the internet. Cartoons are supposed to be fun and plain simple. However, when it comes to adult cartoons, things just go haywire. Clopping is from an adult cartoon show known as "My Little Pony". 4. Trypophobia

The blue light from digital devices like smartphones could accelerate blindness, researchers found...

According to a research by the University of Toledo in the U.S., exposure to blue light almost every time might cause poisonous molecules to be generated in the eye's light-sensitive cells and lead to macular degeneration.

Researchers said as one of the leading causes of blindness in the U.S., macular degeneration does not lead to total blindness, but can make activities so difficult to perform.

“It's not a secret that blue light harms vision by damaging the eye's retina.

“Our experiments explain how this happens, and we hope this leads to therapies that slow macular degeneration, such as a new kind of eye drop,"... said Dr Ajith Karunarathne, an assistant professor in the university's department of chemistry and biochemistry.

Macular degeneration is caused by the death of photoreceptors, a kind of light-sensitive cells.

Photoreceptor cells needs molecules called retinal to sense light and trigger signalling to the brain, enabling us to see.

“If you shine blue light on retinal, the retinal kills photoreceptor cells as the signalling molecule on the membrane dissolves,” said Kasun Ratnayake, a PhD student at the University of Toledo who was involved in the study.

“Photoreceptor cells do not regenerate in the eye. When they're dead, they're dead for good,”
Ratnayake added.

To protect eyes from blue light, researchers advise people to wear sunglasses which filter both UV and blue light outside and avoid using smartphones or tablets in the dark.

We all know who the target market for the spark device is....that’s right, students! It’s quite affordable, surprisingly really good camera, decent specs and build quality.
Tecno in their bid to help students make better buying decisions decides to take the new Spark 2 to students of LASPOTECH, UNIBEN and NASARAWA STATE UNIVERSITY for them to experience the device first hand. And as is typical with Tecno mobile they always bring fun with them.
The event took place yesterday and today.
