I recently just got this Maxi 4.1kva Generator, and it burns 1 litre of fuel in 45mins with Ac on, without Ac it takes just under 1hr 20 mins to burn 1 litre. Is this a normal fuel consumption? what can I do?

I recently got it. The low noise isn't all that. It's still as loud as other generators. As for fuel, it moderately consumes fuel. I don't really see much difference between it and sumec firman. But, generally, it looks like a solid generator.

Your budget would get you a used concentional 1.5 AC at best
