I think there is how they do this…I had a friend in school that knows how to fix phones and laptops.
Who he did was that he met someone that is into that line of work who has a shop and they started sharing space…my guy pays him weekly for the space and for using his tools until he was able to rent his own space.

That is what most people do,I advice you try the same method.

Do you know how much people that repair laptops and phones make in a day?

You can start by discoursing your skills to phone and laptop sellers within your vicinity.
You can walk up to schools/companies in your area and offer to be their system Engineer for a token,soon, your expertise will be known to many people and that will translate to more money.

You can also walk up to individuals or corporate bodies ND tell them you can do jingles for their outdoor/ radio jingles
