Instead of borrowing, why not try and see what you can do and get paid even if it's a labor work. Also freelancing is still paying and will continue, you can do something as simple as typing jobs online.

Situation is very critical especially if you don't have anybody.

Am always behind in everything in life and I can say am such a hardworking and loyal kid.

Life has failed me in all ways, will you help me raise 1000k to start my shop?
I am very skillful and intelligent but I don't have any guardian.

Can you make my dream come true please?

Family / What Are You Wearing For Christmas And What Presents Did You Get Or Expect? by crood: 4:19pm On Dec 20, 2022
I have never been happy on Christmas day.
I have no presents, nothing new to wear and no food on Xmas day because I have no one.
I cried every Christmas day because I have never experienced love from both parents and what it feels like giving presents to me.
Lost both parents very early.

Now Christmas is here again nothing changed and nothing new.

What are you wearing for Christmas and what presents did you get or expect?

Travel / Re: Finally I Am Going To Travel To Lagos For The Very First Time In My Life. by crood: 11:58am On Dec 14, 2022
Texcyndy:

The whole money you will use to come and flex in Lagos is enough to buy a sewing machine.
Be wise. Life is not about fun. You have got to be responsible and cease opportunities as it comes because you might never get to have it again. Tell the person to convert your trip money to sewing machine.
If the person doesn't agree to do that, run for your life.
very true besides the person didn't keep promise

Anger problems. A bad temper can quickly create a lot of hurt in a relationship. When one or both partners aren’t able to successfully deal with their anger it can create a lot of damage. It’s important to learn how to deal with anger successfully so that it doesn’t build up or become a weapon that hurts the other person. Talking with a therapist is a great start to understanding the root of your anger.

Staying up to resolve an argument, even if it takes all night. This usually comes around because some well-meaning person at your bridal shower advised you to never go to bed angry. We beat up ourselves and our spouses into the wee hours in the name of “resolution.” But the more we try to resolve (aka, win), the later it gets and the more exhausted and resentful we become. So yes, go to bed angry sometimes. Get some rest and sleep on it. Reconvene in the morning when you’re both rested, more open-minded, and less riled up.

But your English is way too good for someone who has gone through all those things you narrated. That tells me you have attained a certain level of education, so aside from Mariahangel and others who might want to help out, guy hustle. That is the only way you can be sure of a guaranteed future for your and your future offsprings. Good luck.
intelligence is given by God stopped at WAEC couldn't further see I really love to go back to school but no sponsors most of my school mates now are graduates but I thank Am alive and can read and write.

Looking forward to buy sewing machines to start hustling and train myself back to school.

Family / A Kid Without No Shoes A Nairalander`s Christmas Story by crood: 2:58am On Dec 12, 2022
It's all about the story of my life.
my parents died very early i never get the chance to know them.
I was left Under the care of my aunt but she died early, after her death i was left in these cold world with one single thougth, you're alone from this moment, look for your own food look for your own shelter or perish.
except for my aunt who care before her death 2015.
I never know or had any clue to of how my parent look like before they died.
I regret coming to this world.
i never had a home to call my own.
nobody to defend me.
how I made it till this moment is the magical question no one could answer.
During Christmas like this as a kid is a painful moment for me, other kids to them it's a joyful moment because their parents buy them gifts surprise them etc but mine I don't know what it feels like and it pains me a lot, it's my dream to receive a present, text, cloths food and everything a normal family would do for their kid during Christmas.

But I believe this year will be different because few kind hearted nairaland members May want to change it this year for me.

I wish they put smile on my face also I wish I will be able to put smile on someone's face too.

Oga go siddon for inside gutter. You are trying to steal my crown. From the slums of Lasgidi to Jakarta everyone knows I am the only person helping people globally. Now you wanna act like me for clout. You can only imitate but never duplicated. How much you even get? You can't be like me, we give in hundred of thousands of dollars. Go ask, the first dude who gave out $20,000 worth of Air Jordan retros in the slums of Warri. That's so over 20years ago. I topped that times ten since then. Nobody outgiving Luca. I am the Bossalinie of this giving shit, better ask somebody
he is a wonderful person and he did his best why not mind your business or do try to help or appreciate him?
@kroger God bless you for this wonderful kind gesture you've earned my respect till I die for helping those two people. I love you with all my heart

So you know what?
Try this
Whenever you want things like these, do for others

Go ahead and call someone else to wish them.
Send a gift to someone else, no matter how little and say "Merry Christmas"

There is something magical about doing unto others what you want to be done unto you.
I do that too but I never get replies or any presents

Not regrets but not having a Christmas be what it is to you, that I can understand but I've grown up to change the narrative.

What I do every Christmas now is think about people who are presently having the kind of cold Christmas I had and making it one I'd have loved for as many as my little purse and knowledge can do.
I've made this a culture and it's the most fulfilling Christmas experience I have yearly now.
Putting a smile on someone else's face that I know can't have the Christmas desired is the most satisfying gift I get each Christmas now.

And all I want for Christmas this year is to make it happen again.

please remember to put smile on my face
