Even with fire trucks in lga they will still not do their job - they wont fuel it, they wont refill extinguisher - nigerians are lazy and unserious yet demand lots of salary so no matter how many trucks or infrastrure you put in place, things will still be slack due to the human factor (lateness to work, unserious at work, avoidance of stress, etc).

We have attitudinal problems in Nigeria and d system is so rotten thanks to us.....an example of what u stated is the issue of nurses in the general hospital, those ppl are collecting fat salaries with bad attitude to work

But we will get there, lagos state seems to be a little bit better than other states, if only we can employ ppl by merits and not through all dis political god fathers that will just send someone with no zeal and seriousness for d work

The issue of getting to location of fire incidents late has been reduced coz they opened four new firefighter offices and renovated others, the best way to get to incident location is by having the stations closer to every corner, infact I believe the best way is to have firefighter stations in every local govt, dis we r moving towards so is better u applaud or u ignore as u have contributed nothing but deluded criticism

Lagos geographical location and size is it's advantage, all the states in Nigeria are far bigger than Lagos with less revenues, put the structures of Lagos in a state like Kaduna or any other states, you won't even call it a structure because of vast land spaces in other states with little or no revenue, Lagos is smaller than most local government areas in the north or middle belt, as a governor of Lagos, you don't have a choice than to perform

Firstly lagos state have more roads network than any other state in Nigeria which simply means there's more to do in lagos than other states, the population of road users in lagos make it terrible for road construction to last for too long compare to state with few population that u can hardly count cars that passes, lagos must have done a single road like 3 time when other states do it just once dis boils down to d population of users......infrastructure in lagos are overstretched
Secondly other states that u think have large landmass are mostly bushes, over 70% are bushes and towns and villages are just concentrated in little landmass, in lagos u don't have to travel b4 u enter another LG, u won't even know except u see sign post compare to others that u can travel for hours in d bushes b4 the next LG which are mostly undeveloped and mostly no proper roads network, the only places u can point to is d capital unlike lagos where everywhere is capital on it's own

I wonder why most of u don't use ur head b4 typing, always trying to downplay the comparison of lagos achievement to other states, lagos state is not even up to d top 10 states with high state allocations and those state with plenty money we can't see what dey r doing......there r state that the landmass being occupied aside all d bushes r not even up to alimosho LG

That u think bcoz other state are big and lagos is small make it easy for lagos and difficult for other big land state shows hw empty headed u r what percentage of the big land is habitable? D most dey can do is do a single road with no drainage system in d bushes linking another village and such projects are mostly federal roads, go to d villages there's nothing, even there capitals if u manage to see good main roads the inner roads are nothing to write home about
