Amaechi played as much part as Tinubu did but the press were all over the place, hero-worshipping Tinubu as he was the one that single-handedly enthroned Buhari as the President.

Amaechi emptied the Rivers state treasury for APC and he is as much qualified to get the APC ticket if you are considering those that have funded the party in the past.
