This is broad day slavery. I think government should start monitoring the welfare of staff in private schools because they keep doing what they do because the system allows them. Oya come and see rules and regulations now...d most annoying one is, I will have to switch off my phone and submit to madam from 7.15am of resumption to 3pm of closing, Mondays to Fridays, plus some seminars and trainings on Saturdays though not all Saturdays. Am married with a child o... now my question is what if an emergency comes up and am needed but can't be reached.
Do you advice I take it or leave it.
