Chairman, I also testify that some have collected their APL. I was reliably informed that the FCC candidates have also collected their APL. Those that collected were GTs. I don't have any other proof other than the info i am sharing. Please contact anyone who should know and you will get the same answer. I don't know what will happen to the EH component though.
