If Nigeria had played her game right with regards to military acquisitions, france would no longer be a factor by now in our foreign policy.

There are countries in africa that france can not dare invade or interfer. The military cost would be too great for them.

Countries like Algeria, Egypt or even Ethiopia. And these countries are not richer than Nigeria, but far smarter.
