Chinua Achebe is not the most intelligent igbo man. He is certainly more intelligent than any Yoruba I have ever known.

Chinua won many other awards.
He is not called the father of modern African literature for nothing.

His book "things fall apart " is the most read novel in African history .
The book is a recommended reading for high school students in America.
