We are not serious yet.

We have not gotten any serious NFF in forever.
Any serious NFF board will ban all Nigerian coaches from managing all national teams for the next 10 years while they go for intensive technical training in germany and italy.
Our coaches are completely useless right now.
They don't add any tactical or technical variety to our football, and there is no way the quality and sophistication of your football can grow without decent local coaches.
I am not even sure there is any Nigerian coach i can rank in the top 1000 managers in the world.
