I tried to download it on my dashboard but no way, there's no place to even click download sef. So I went to a cafe and they told me they're doing it manually, that is they'll draft a ppa letter with your name, picture, and number so you can take it to your ppa for acceptance. So I asked them who gave this directive they said is from their staff at the secretariat. So I went there and met the man, behold other people have even done their own so they came to submit. So I met him and he told me thesame thing, he said they gave the ppa hardcopy to a particular cafe so I can go there. So I just went ahead to the cafe ,gave them my details and they logged in and got my info, then drafted it. So I took it to my ppa for acceptance, and they accepted it. So i went back to the cafe and they uploaded the acceptance letter to my dashboard and it reflected, then i proceeded to submit at the secretariat. That's all.

Thanks so much for the explanation. My question is how does one get to know the Cafe that has the hardcopy. Or one should go to any Cafe?

Secondly, the secretariat u mentioned, is it the same place we did physical verification or which of the secretariat?

Can't click some sections to fill in details. No submission button showing

What are they doing concerning the blank letters. How can dy be uploading blank letters. Since 3days i hv been re-downloading it. Still blank

I went to their Twitter handler and made the complaint there. They replied me telling me to send my complaint to the recruitment team which I did but haven't gotten any response yet. Let me share the mail here so that some of us who couldn't submit can make our complaints known.

Your 1pm on the dot could be 1:00:01 on the server. You should have submitted before hand.

Once it's not 60minutes one can't submit. That was what was stated in the mail sent to me.
I have contacted them sha. It is so annoying. They should have set their own reading time now.

You must have exceeded 60minutes.

Anything beyond 1:00, you won't be able to submit. And, it's not your computer time. It's the Server's time so there might be lapses in Seconds.

They would hv indicated their own reading time. I was even told in the mail that the questions are 60.. I found out they added more when attempting the questions.

I don't know if my question is clear.

For instance, all these recruitment assessments carried out by companies, There are some aspects that are not one's field of study or specialization
. It is a wrong tin to ask Someone who is inclined in such field to be of help?
