How true is this story? If it is,then nigeria needs a revolution! Why would a serving senate president spend close to 50m naira for a gift to a musician,just because they are from the same state? Funny,now i get the drift. Last week i got a call from Mtn's 180,rejoicing because i thought i'd won something big,only for the customer care agent to ask me some boring survey questions,though a week prior to that day,i was given a free data bundle of 1gb and they said it was a ''yello surprise''. I was happy and felt appreciated as a customer eventhough i knew i couldn't trust them,so my instinct told me to begin 'heavy downloads' but half way into my ''yello surprise'' data gift,i got a ''black surprise'' and my unused 550mb disappeared!...lol,i called their customer care and their agents were shocked and perplexed about my purported freebie,the last agent almost cried after saying ''there was a huge mistake somewhere x3''...the rest is history. Frankly,why give a gift you know you'll collect back?...bottomline,mtn has a better network now but they should up their game or else the number portability ish would bring about their decline.
