Job Summary:

The Injection Molding Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily injection molding operations, supervising machine operators, ensuring product quality, meeting production targets, and maintaining safety and efficiency on the factory floor.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate injection molding production activities

Set up, operate, and monitor injection molding machines

Ensure optimal machine performance and minimize downtime

Maintain product quality standards and reduce defects

Supervise and train machine operators and technicians

Ensure adherence to safety, housekeeping, and factory procedures

Report production output, material usage, and machine issues

Work closely with maintenance and quality control teams

Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years proven experience as an Injection Molding Supervisor or Senior Operator

Strong knowledge of injection molding machines, moulds, and plastic materials

Ability to troubleshoot machine and moulid-related issues

Good leadership and team management skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets

Minimum of OND / Technical Certificate (HND or equivalent is an added advantage)

Remuneration:
