If u have a laptop or computer download bbsak and then download the letest os in ur computer. Install the os and the bbsak. After that use the bbsak and flash ur bb and then still use the bbsak to load the os u downloaded.

marious: anytime u want too subscribe just remove ur sim and put it inside normal BlackBerry and subscribe for MTN BIS 1500 and put it back it should work on ur Q10.... na so I dey do on my Q10 anytime I wan Sub and I don dey use MTN BIS on my Q10 for over 3months tho MTN dey always text me say make I Sub for BB10 plans but I dey ignore them and my normal BIS still dey work but don't use ur BB10 to subscribe put ur sim inside normal BB if u want to sub..... tho I no fit guarantee u say e go work for u because e work for me but just try it or use ur friend's simcard that's having BIS on it to test it before u waste ur money to do ur own..... lemme know if it works for u.... gudluck

@sydney01 dont wasste ur time waiting for glo i bought a q5 last week and it did exactly the same thing slot people said i should pay 5k for cutting the sim and configuring of the phone i told them i dont have that money and they refused to do so it and i bought the phone from them. I put my sim inside it was doing exactly what urs is doing now all i did was to bring out my galaxy tab and connect the hotspot with my airtel sim inside and connect the phone and paam it opened and infront of them i told them that they are very wicked and this will be the last i will ever buy phone or anything from them cos the tab and the bold 5 i was using i bought from them. So just look for a hotspot and connect the phone it will open. I subscribed for mtn bb10 plan and this is the 4th day and they have not bn able to activate it they dont even reply me on twitter again.
