i am loaded on DS when given valuation of the Fp based on Q3 released. it easy to say fp was 30 cos have it in my portfolio but i can not do that. i cant beautify a stock with words more than what the numbers is saying.

that was exactly DS fp based on Q3 but do u know why i go for DS and reason i recommend it? it cos of CASH i stated this first time i bring DS here months ago.

cash valuation price is 26. those company moving above their fairprice on NSE is moving cos of what i call oxygen ^CASH and i expect DS to do the same

example is ccnn this company fp is 7 but hav alot of cash. her cash valuation is higher, u can see the present mkt price forget the merger romour
another is Dangote cement, fp is 90 But loaded with cash so cash valuation is higher hence her current price
another is MTN fp is 90 but hav plenty cash so cash valuation is higher
okomu oil also and so on

some company can have higher fp but struggling with cash so mkt continue pricing such stock below fp eg caverton and some of those banking stock

bro rethink my matter no amount of stones can cut my ranking here. i know what am doing

note, FP is for guide o, so build/discount ur traget exit price around it. one thing i know for sure is if the numbers used does not change for bad those fp will be hit , it may take time. patience is the KEY

and if good numbers keep adding Q by Q fp will increases. vice versa

ETI has been enmeshed in one controversy with PIC (one of its majority shareholders) Not sure of the financial state of the coy. They are always turning out fantastic financial print but no cash to back it up and always fond of raising capital as they need it in perpetuity. No dividend now for many years. The rule is if the price no rise at least someone must chop dividends to calm fray nerves.

u know the bank well. thatz d prob for now. though price will still rise but y entering a stock that will not allow u close both eyes at night

not necessary running after banking stock train. if u cant catch it look the way of better fundamentally sound non banking stock. plenty

my advice on what to buy now is to go for zenith. Could have say uba but uba below 6 will increase ur capital better but has gone far.
If u must buy. Buy zenith.
Not that uba is not good at cp o but uba has done like 20% from d bottom why zenith is still doing below 6%
