I did it o last year. I have another one planned for this February. A friend suggested Tramadol like 30min before the procedure or suppositories inserted before it too. You should try and drink warmer things during AF, like tea's, green teas, fertility teas, lemon in warm water first thing in the morning etc. This should help, but in all, you are healed, your body is fruitful...
