After numerous rounds of "we don't even know if OSAMA is still alive". OSAMA himself decided to send G.BUSH a letter in his own handwritting to let him know he was still in the game. BUSH opened the letter and it appeared to contain a coded message;

                       370HSSA - 0773H

       BUSH was baffled, so he typed it out and emailed it to COLIN POWELL. Colin and his aides had no clue either so they sent it to the CIA. No one could solve it. So it went to the NSA and then to MIT and NASA and the secret service.
       Eventually, they asked Britain's M. I.6 for help. They cabled the white house;

            "Tell the president he is looking at the message upside down!"

Mr Farriel, i didn't disagree with you. What i'm trying to say is that those lap tops will surely find their way into the market. especially in a country like Nigeria - things can easily be diverted into the wrong hands.

PoliticsRe: Nigeria at 45, Achievements So Far? (Independence Day) by cushman(m): 4:19pm On Oct 03, 2005
There's nothing to celebrate...

The leaders have woefully failed. What they recorded as achievements are the reinforcement and institutionalisation of corruption, underdevelopment, poverty, mismanagement, criminalisation of legitimacy and the sucking of the blood of Nigerians by the criminals who we have as our leaders. Indeed, what we are witnessing today is retrogression and backwardness...
