JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. DEAL ORIGINATION
Scanning of the business environment for relevant opportunities
Present the perceived opportunities to management for directions and advise
Prepare proposals and pitches with the aim of winning a mandate

2. RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS
Identifying opportunities in the market
Reviewing client documentation to make a business case for the transaction by carrying out pre-assessment on prospective transaction to facilitate the in-house decision making process as well as helping management advice client appropriately. This involves analysis to identifying inherent risks, SWOT analysis, analysing transaction structure, etc.
Reviewing client’s related industry to better understand the business of client.
Determine means to support the proposed funding structure, risk mitigation and creating a roadmap for the transaction
Preparation of Teasers or papers on the client’s industry to better aid management decision making and advice on the direction to pursue.
Reviewing models and analyzing financials, generating valuation report and developing financial models

3. CLIENT & PEER RELATIONS/FOLLOW UP
Primary contact person for all transaction parties
Manage client relationship vis-a-vis transaction deliverables and update
Preparing for calls and meeting with clients
Ensure that a high degree of cordial and professional relationship exists with team members, customers and other division with the company
Constant follow up with parties to ensure proper coordination and flow of the transaction.
Follow up with client to ensure that our fees are paid as at when due.

4. PRESENTATIONS
Preparing proposals for prospective clients
Preparing information memorandum and other documents for filling applications with lenders

5. ADMINISTRATIVE
Setting up meetings and liaising with the company’s back office staff at relevant times.
Providing reports/updates on transaction status to management
Providing strategic support to management and other subsidiaries of the company
Recovery of outstanding unpaid fees owed by clients
Filling of transaction documents

6. BUDGET MANAGEMENT
Prepare projects & infrastructure unit’s budget in a timely manner
Ensure targets are met, monitor the targets and incomes
Ensure that expenses are within budget
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent Financial management skills
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Efficient team management skills.

My hubby was with me at the hospital but be rest assured that if you are the friendly type at your place of residence people will rally round you after birth at least for the first week.

My dear you don't need to be scared CS is a mind thing. Go into the theatre with a positive mind and focus on the bundle of Joy that will emerge after wards. Immediately after surgery while been wheeled out i was handed a chilled jar of water filled with ice. I was asked to walk by the second day and was discharged by the third day. Please do not entertain any fear.

Dear Nogen, Good morning and congratulations for the bundle of joy you have within you. Well as at October last year that i used El paso the lab test was not inclusive with the package.
For the initial blood test i paid $85 and for blood work because i did CS i paid #219 not sure exactly and for those that did a 3D scan they were asked to pay over $100.

Why are you scared as at when i traveled last year August virtually everyone kicked against Atlanta POE but has God will have it i scaled through Atlanta and had my baby.

If you keep to your post recovery guidelines maximum is 2 weeks.

So I had my lo 2 weeks ago @ medical center Arlington, the dr induced me @ 37 weeks.
The nurses were excellent labor and delivery went smoothly. Left the hospital 2 days later and got the birth cert the following day. Got my zero balance and social security number yesterday. But I got a bill from pediatric medical group does any1 know about this?.

Yes I got that bill of $440last year October when I gave birth in Elpaso. The reason you got that bill was because your pediatrician was not available at the time of birth so the hospital had to provide one for you. What you would is to call them and inform them that you are a self paying patient and they will automatically ask you to pay half which is $220 within 20 days from which the bill was printed.

Got to the USA today via Atlanta POE. It was more of seamless entry. The custom officer did not even bit around the bush. He said good morning and told me that you are in the US to give birth. My response was yes and asked whether that was the reason I gave the VO my response was yes. He asked how much was with me I answered 2200 and said I am sure you have credit cards with you my response was yes. He said okay and asked whether I have spoken with any hospital I answered yes and quickly gave him the correspondence letter and receipt showing that I have fully paid for the medical service I will be receiving after that he demanded I need to go for seconday interview.
On getting to the next officer he asked whether that was my first child I said yes and he congratulated me. He asked me how much I had with me I told him, asked me where I work in Nigeria, whether I informed the VO the purpose for me coming to the US and where I would be staying I showed him a booking reservation and stamped me in for 6 months.
Please note always pray, show confidence and make sure you get it right from home by telling the VO the truth. I wish everybody the very best I spent less that 15 minutes with both officers.

@babymama are you so sure you aint cooking up stories because according to the other post you said you went for your interview in July and because of technical issues your visa won't be issued until 22nd of August. The point is I went for my interview on the 22nd of july and went for collection on the 31st of July despite the technical issue and public holiday. Please it is in your own best interest to come out clean.
