Eligibility Criteria:
1. Individuals with at least three (3) years of project management experience who are planning to take the Project Management Professional (PMP®) Exam in the immediate future.

2. For both target audiences, at least two (2) years of experience managing projects, including experience performing ALL the following activities:
• Defining project scope
• Analyzing stakeholders
• Developing a project schedule
• Coordinating project communications
• Leading a project team
• Managing a project budget
• Monitoring the quality of project deliverables
• Assessing project risks
• Reporting on project performance.



Business Outcomes:
• Projects failure rate decrease.
• Project delivery within budget and time frame.
• Improvements in productivity
• Increase in project management skills, application of a formalized and standards-based approach to projects which will in turn increase reputation with customers and improve organizational project health.
• A review of the project outcomes showed that it delivered improved customer satisfaction by creating a more user-friendly process significantly reduced the cost for handling claims and enabled the company to better leverage its service repair network.

Individual Outcomes:
At the end of this course participants should be able to demonstrate professional level competencies in the following key areas of project management and project management leadership;

• Describe how to link your project to organizational goals

• Participant would have successfully fulfilled the 35 contact hours formal education requirement for the Project management professional certification.

I am interested in obtaining a PMP certificate but I am not sure I have the required number of years of project management experience.

Please how do I determine if I meet this criteria? I am Pharmacist who has worked for about 3.5 years. (1 year internship, 1 year NYSC, and 1.5 years post nysc).
