Absolutely, it was a long written epistle, when he mentioned do we know we can use a schengen visa to travel to any other member of state and when he asked what other country are we looking to visit in future and we said Italy and that was when he mentioned as a first timer a single entry will only be permitted and if we get a subsequent multiple entry permit in future we can then use it the way we want.

Please is that a good advise? Because I wouldn’t wanna go into fake relationship/ marriage because of papers(hopefully I find something genuine). So my question is this, should I go through the asylum process or I should go and return, or is it possible to school with a visitor visa?Wouldn’t want to put the kids through unnecessary stress. I’ve picked up the passport with the visa

It was 10 days validity so it expires in 3 day 🤣🤣🤭. Waste of money and effort

They also asked me to report back when o come back from my trip. So I told them at TLs that I won’t be able to travel so they noted it

I’ll apply again . Hopefully they give me . This one wasn’t my fault

@milito if they made any mistakes in addressing your case as you have mentioned then make an official complaint.
Personally if an application is not straightforward I see no reason in a priority application as in this case they are working to provide results under a 5 day grace. If it is a refusal, refusal reasons too must come out within those 5 days ideally so I dnt like such push to them. I’ll rather they take their time and review or retrospect well on anything I have submitted. I believe they are not super humans and this is my personal take.
