All android can browse
Those that supports 2g may not have 3g
3g external means it supports 2g but you can only use a modem to access 3g
Built in 3g means you don't need a modem to access 3g.

I hope you know that 3g is faster than 2g.

If it supports phone call, it will be clearly stated in the description.

I guess maybe your name on aliexpress(not username) doesn't correspond with your card holders name.
