No problem. Since he has put the required amount. Just keep it for the normal 28 days. Leave the sponsorship letter alone. At the end of the 28 days. Print your statement and apply. Teerc4: 1 Like |

Unless you'll be flying to Benin Airport, you may end up getting home very late via public transport. It's still very possible. Pawlahh: |

Hello Ratawu, There will always be crowd. Just let her be there and on time. 2 hours max if she's there on time. Automated queuing system so no palaver. Off-topic, the queuing system played ojoro on me when I did mine May 15. I was B23 and when the system got to B21, it jumped to B24 leaving I (B23) and a guy beside me (B22). We were worried but maintained calmness as per automated thingy. After about 30mins we walked to the security operative and complained. He said it was normal to be skipped and that we should hold on a little. After 10mins there was nothing and he now asked us to proceed to the first counter (Pre Submission) which we did. We for just sleep there o Hello people, I'm an active reader. Commented just few times in part 13. Glad to be a part of this. Nice work. Did Biometrics May 15 and my application has been on background check. Am I worried? Bless!!! Ratawu: 2 Likes |

Osiokoye, Why bother? Your application will go thru the faculty to the department and back to the faculty. Then their decision will be made known to you. Did you say fall 2018? You still should not bother. The status will change as the file goes from one stage to the other. Just pray for a successful outcome... Cheers! Osiokoye: 1 Like |

Hello JoseJon, No panic. Its possible they have a lot of files to process and have not got a hold of your package yet. Can you send them this POD to help locate your transcript and update your records? JoseJonn: 1 Like |

Just a link to some of the many day to day questions answered on UWinnipeg's website on Applying for Study Permit and TRV (outside of Canada). Some of which have been answered here but is still beneficial whether you are applying to UWinnipeg or not. https://www.uwinnipeg.ca/student/intl/docs/Immigration/Applying%20for%20Study%20Permit%20and%20TRV%20outside%20Canada.pdf 4 Likes 1 Share |

Hello akmog, If you're sure you've checked everywhere and you could not find the LOI please do not panic. Email them and they should respond with the LOI. Congrats. akmog: |

How long it takes depends on how they process their admissions. Some schools collect all applications and start processing all after deadline while some process the applications on the go. You can always contact the admissions office for info or there should be some form of tracking in the case of URegina I once applied to USask Jan 2017 although rejected, decision came by April 2017. Applied to URegina July 2017 and favorable decision came few weeks ago October. 2 months few weeks waiting time for each. You can try URegina together with USask... Whatever you do, do not give up.
