i dont know if the sv/fci released another Gsd standard,but if its the one i follow only two coats exist to us,short stock coat(still known as plush coat as u will say) and long stock coat.,,there is nothing like medium coat pls,and note if ur dog coat doest have underlay then its not accepted according to fci.

DDR bloodline is wrong to sir,i wont refer you to any article as you didnt make references to any while you stating your claims...first let me help you all by explaining what bloodline is,A bloodline is a series of trait coded in the gene of different dogs but same breed and this is best known to the breeder only,now DDR is a sub type of Gsd ,we have mainly two types,the workingline and the showline,now DDR falls under the working type,and this sub type is referred to as style ,A style shows the phenotype of a dog .and we all know each style has common features that makes them unique for there name...so style is the right term to use instead of bloodline...

well you are not entirely wrong,i personally belive bloodline are series of traits coded in the gene pool of a different dogs but same breed and its best known to only the breeder of the dog,so i think saying DDR a bloodline is wrong,however the much better word to term any sub type of the Gsd types is styles,simply say DDR style,czech republic style,west german style,e.t.c thanks

GEnEtics is more complIcAted than that sir,you nevEr cAN tell what a dog might throw in hIs offsprings as phenotype,even though white is recessive but if A black And Tan AlsO has white in its recessive gene aND Mated with another black n tan With white on recessive gEne,possibly they will Throw A White Pup,bUt In The Real sensE the Main reasOn why white shepherds are not recommended for breading is due to the fact that They will spoil alot of phenotypical features of a gsD aNd u know white is regarded as fault,so geneticS CAnT be predicTable in the real sense,thats why it has BEen Always cOmplicaTed.

Note:Dog breeDIng isnt really a business So to say,even though have seen people make a whole lot of money in a litter,but does it really sum up to the upkeep,stress and casualties they see yearly in it,bReeding is only profitable if you have passion for it,pray and work so hard dOing things rightly,but even at the end,dogs can be very disappointing atimes,you might have casualties,kennel accident,flea and tick infestAtion,feeding,health even ur own stress,and at the end a dog u feel u will make profit on just drop very smaLl size of litter and only one survived,am just saying,a lot of issues/challenges is faced with breeding.you must be ready to face it.

Working dog
A working dog is a canine working animal, i.e., a type of dog that is not merely a pet but learns and performs tasks to assist and/or entertain its human companions, or a breed of such origin. dogs that u cant just keep on lock up for a long period of time,they are mostly agile,athletic,and vasertile breed of dog that needs to be active for a reasonable hours of the day.

Me using another breed as an analogy is to explain this showline and working line that u re emphasizing on in d Gsd

if ur argument is DT do other breeds differ in structure like the gsd, my answer is yes, some breeds do, The show line Neopolitan mastif differ from d working line, and its clear. the showlines Neapolitan mastifs are bred mainly for their exaggerated folds, just as a Gsd without a slope cannot win in such shows, neither will a neo without an exaggerated fold win.

am not an advocate for the shows,and if u said i said the workingline is entirely different from the showlines,yes i said so,one breed but different thats why they categorize them as types,of which the showline is never an ideal type of Gsd,its all this crazy FCI that keeps hyping them over the real gsd,, well i will live you to your believe about your knowledge sir cos it seems we honestly repeating facts over and over again.enjoy ur nyt

better you get the eskimo,they are very good at alerting,and mostly friendly and not overly aggressive,but some are overly aggressive too,,,samoyed is a working dog and very scarce in this part of the world,

not true that noodles is bad for dogs and you can't prove it shortens the life of a dog, as much as I am open to learning. On stool been watery that's still not true, those that have used noodles knows that.different factors can make your dog stool watery, which we all know that if a new meal is introduced to a dog it might not adapt immediately. My dog is 7yrs this July and have been on noodles since 8months I was introduced to it. Mind you if veterinary shops that's suppose to advice against it are the major dealers, like here in ph vet wealth that's the biggest vet shop and do have a clinic with a good lab still sell , so what are we saying, do your normal veterinary routine and make sure it's a balanced meal and walk your dog always. No doubt the finished dog feeds are good because they are balanced and ready at any time.but all you need to add to noodles is protein to balance the meal. So elaborate on why its not good so we all can learn
