This is the present condition of the UDU/ECN Road that was rehabilitated 3 months ago by Olorogun John Oguma, Chairman/CEO Obakpor Engr. Co. Ltd. in-conjunction with the deputy governor, I wonder if the deputy governor is a human cos this is the road to his home town (Otu-jeremi town)

This road u are seeing is one of the ABANDONED road projects in UGHELLI SOUTH LGA. Due the I don't care attitude of the deputy governor, Prof. Amos Utuama who was an Anthony general/Commissioner for justice for good 8 years and have nothing to show for it. This abandoned road was to save this following communities: Otutuama/Esaba/Ophorigbala/Ighrogun and Otitiri.
The contract was awarded to WORKSON CONCRUCTION COMPANY inconjunction with the deputy governor four years ago. As I post this photograph the dwellers of those communities are not connected in terms of road networking. The question I have for us is this " is the deputy governor for us in Ughelli South/Delta state or against us?
