Am a chemical engineering student presently in year 4 .pls i rili want to know d major differences between process engineers and petroluem engineer....there has been a serious issues with me and my colleagues in sch that most of the PE student feel more superior in everytin and they kip saying they are d arab moni and so many tins that make me pissed and am thinking of going into PE after school but my sister kip telling me that in d nearest future PE will be wipe out that most of d company will not be able to absorb them anymore as d crude may finish or other alternative will be found in place of d crude as technology advances.now am very much confused..experienced people shud pls comment as i dont mean theoretical differences cos am already grounded in that.tanx

Hi guys,am a 3ool stu,studyin at uniben.i wud lyk 2 know d grade u must graduate wit wit here in naija b4 u cn study abroad 4 masters tnks.

We nid more practicing chemical engr to further encourage we d upcoming ones so we could b highly motivated, tell us abt d industry,job opportunity as compare 2 oda engineering discipline,where we can major,wot qualification can get us into d o&g industry.wot differentiate us 4rm d pet and gas stdnt cos many of dem jst like boasting, all contribution will b highly welcomed.

@naijalodge i can actually read ur IQ 4rm ur post comparing schools and cert.it rili shows u dnt knw wot is at stake in our country;well i ve come 2 realize dat it doesnt mata where u sch or wot sort of degree u ve all wot u nid is favour 4rm God.well tank God u got admision into uniben bt i can assure dat d whole system is corrupt in d country even people dat attend dis schools do complain and neva wish 2 go back there 4 their msc, jst 2 let u knw dat u cnt compare delsu wit so many sch in naija may b u ve nt being 2 schs in d east and so many sch in d west and north.so i w'll advice u 2 kip ur mouth shut and concentrate on ur studies, it's only God favour and d right connection we nid irrespective of d sch u attend.
