Only for brave, uncompromised, non partisan and disciplined soldiers not coward, partisan and irresponsible nigerian soldiers. |
This designated ugly fat folk should shut his gut, imagine him owing a mansion in asokoro, where did he get such money ? |
Jesus said unto goodluck jonathan " And since you have shed so much blood in my sight, you will not be the one to build a temple to honour my name " |
agabaI23:Feed your dumb brain with facts and stop believing every story you see on nairaland. If you are novice of nigerian constitution try download some pages online if you can't lay your hands on any around you. |
agabaI23:The link you sent has no related story, you only copy and paste a story that didnot make frontpage on nairaland. Try and get it right, mr president didnot ask iwu to proceed on any leave, two third on the floor of the house did. |
agabaI23:You can't base your fact on social media/online article, can you provide me one traditional media with such caption. I watched the proceedings and i believe reasonable nigerians also did. You need to know the difference between public servant and civil servant, independent and dependent bodies. I repeat, maurice iwu was removed in line with constitution and if you don't believe, do your research and stop arguing what you don't know. |
agabaI23:I don't stand on hear say, i watched the proceedings that led to iwu's removal, iwu was removed from the floor of senate. I know what am saying. |
agabaI23:The caption of that story is really confusing you, jonathan sacks iwu does not mean he single handedly sacked him, iwu's exit was in line with the constitution, mr president didnot ask him to go home, he threw the matter to the senate and then senate delibrated and give him go ahead. |
visalo:Maurice iwu was a chairman of inec and inec is an independent organization which mr president can't toy with, he can do whatever he likes with his ministers but certainly not inec chairman. Yes, iwu went on terminal leave in line with the constitution, he was asked to leave by the national assembly not head of civil service nor mr president. The deal will be done but i want you to know that the situation on ground is beyond your reasoning, many things will happen if mr president continues with this evil agenda. |
agabaI23:Gather your fact right and stop comparing independent body to dependent, a president of a country has no sole power to remove inec chairman but has every power to sack any of his ministers. Maurice iwu decision was made on the floor of senate not president order. |
agabaI23:Duly process should be introduced not back door things. If he must leave, national assembly is there to decide. |
jdbrasco:His predecessor went on terminal leave from the floor of senate not civil service, jega is a public servant not civil servant, if he should proceed on any leave then mr president should throw it to the national assembly not civil service. He can't just be removed by one head of service and install pdp govs brother, i heard from reliable source that mimiko's brother will replace him. |
jdbrasco:Maurice iwu succeeded abel guobadia in 2005, conducted 2007 election and retired as inec chairman in april 2010 which paved way for jega to assumed and conducted 2011 election. Maurice was asked to proceed on terminal leave by the parliament not civil service, so I don't see any reason why public servant should be removed by head of civil service, it doesn't make any sense besides maurice did not retire or proceed on any leave while preparing for any election so jega should be allowed to finish what he started. |
tit:How is jega a tyrant ? Are you people truly nigerian ? Can you tell me two reasons why jega should proceed on terminal leave when election is just 4weeks from now ? I really want us to discuss . |
It reminds me of osun guber election where rec who had been incharge was asked to proceed on terminal leave 2 weeks to the election, thinking it would be so easy to rig the election in favour of omisore but brave people of osun cast and stood by their vote, so let them change jega and bring whoever they like, i believe victory is for buhari. They can only change jega but difficult to change people's mind. |
I can only see ex and outgoing presidents, can't lay my eyez on incoming president. All hail buhari. |
maestroferddi:Fair and square ? There was massive rigging in that election and the only thing that can save him of that office is for buhari not to become president which i doubt. |
This man and his wife missed their calling, they would have been great comedians. |
Lol.... |
jmaine: What needful . . . . ?Don't you have a boyfriend ? |
jmaine: A better post than insulting the sensibilities of the great people of Ekiti State . . .Are you satisfied ? If yes, i implore you to do the needful. |
gratieao: Its a known fact, that most Yorubas are fond of calling the Igbos thieves on every slight misunderstanding among them. We know that Yorubas are the original Thieves and Crooks in Nigeria. Why must it be the Igbos that top the list of 419 suspects? Likes of goddy anabor , fred ajudua, etc. Why must it be the Igbo that are most frequently arrested for drug peddling? Why must it be the Igbos that will champion the manufacture and sale of fake and adulterated drugs ? Why must it be the igbos that kidnap and fond of rituals. |
Brimmie: PDP's 8 Point Agenda...Lol @ no 7, he was surprised and shocked to see few hands. |
jmaine: And you believe allowing the old to also scramble for a mere N100 recharge card that doesn't even measure up to the rice is less humiliating and horrible .Whatever happened in ekiti will never happen in osun. |
