Visit www.python.org then download the latest version for your computer and install. Their website is pretty intuitive and easy to use.
Don't open their website on your phone to avoid getting confused. Dont download anything below version 3.7.
For your android device, download Pydroid 3 Ide from Playstore and install.

Ps: Using google is an important skill for any programmer. Thats why The guy above me is kinda frustrated. He expects you to just google search

Yes it does. Those ones with glass tops and either single or double. I use one at home. Just make sure you don't leave anything on top once you're done cooking else it'll burn!

I live in an area that has almost a steady light. What type of hot plate (single) can one buy that heats up fast? Which brand heats up fast and does not shock and also cook well?

As someone stated above, you should have bought the one with glass cover....

There's nothing wrong with that hot plate, I once had one like that and it lasted me for 3 years.... It was our faulty transformer in our neighborhood that actually spoilt it for me.

The only problem with this kind of hot plate is that it takes a long time before it actually gets hot enough.
And it also usually takes a long time for it to cool down after it gets hot.

Try keeping it on for 5-7 minutes and if it doesn't get hot, that means that it's faulty.

How is the one with glass cover like?
