Had some TNC left in my balance, withdrew all to hotbit(an exchanger)

Note: withdrawal fee is around 10TNC per transaction, so it's advisable u let your TNC accumulate in your Wallet before you withdraw to exchangers.

I did this with my registered email address. I was sent a link to verify my email but there is no invested amount showing. What's this for?

Was yours an old online investment? If yes, I'm not sure any link was to be sent to you if you have login with the correct email and password, except you possible may have applied the forgot password process.

However, I suggest you send them a mail via online@mbatrades.com and remain patient they will surely reply you.

MBA CARES and they have come to stay, I am an Old online investor, for past 2 days I have not been able to login to my online investment account, I tried the steps given here for new investors to access their online investment dashboard for the migration but I was faced with a response the says "we cant find your email address". In all these I was very optimistic that before my due date 27th of every month it will be resolve.

I sent a mail to them via the email online@mbatrades.com copied support@mbatrades.com same 2 days ago as suggested by an investor here stating my challenges in logging into my online account, loh and behold they replied me yesterday at about 11:35am with the mail below

"Dear Sir/Ma,

We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences, Kindly access your
account using payments.mbatrades.com

Warm Regards
MBA Cares"

And when I clicked on the link I was able to access my dashboard again and everything is running smoothly as expected and should. I believe this maybe of help to those of us who are the old online investors having same challenges of not been able to login to you online account dashboard.

Send a mail to online@mbatrades.com requesting them to resend the verification link to your email which you submitted in creating the account.
I had similar issues too and they had it verified for me under 24hours.

are you uploading ID and also taking a picture with your ID close to your face? if you do it right your account should be verified the following day.

I have done all that in the process of registering the account but right now I am unable to access the dashboard, each time I try login to the account it asks me to verify the email with the link sent to the email account I used in creating the MBA account meanwhile no link is received yet in the email as I have click the resend link button many times, even this morning I have tried logging in but to no avail.

Pls ancestors of MBA in the house what should do or go about this issue?

Fellow investors, Please I ve been trying to create an account online so I can invest for a friend but after uploading his ID for verification, for more than 3 days now each time I try to login to the account it's still asking me to verify the email i used in creating the account, I cant even view the dashboard again except I verify the email moreover the email account have not received any link from MBA to enable complete the process.

Pls is there anything I should do to get this resolve

Please can someone let me know if the minimum period of investment is still 6months for online investors? I'm a new investor online and my dashboard reads 6months. I have also contacted them online severally with regards to this but I haven't gotten any response.

Possibly the online platform still works with 6 months max maturity period with monthly 15% ROI reflecting reflecting on your dashboard, maybe MBA is yet to effect the 2 new plans on their online platform.........

Plan 2 simply means you are paid 50% of your investment every 3 months that's to say when you invest 500k you are paid 250k after 3 months, in otherwords, your total ROI is 500k after 6 months
