Interesting, elbreezy my advice for you is to tell client the needful and if he doubts the veracity of your claim that phone is a new device jejely do an imei check for him to show him the date it was activated.

10% is a lot when you factor the cost of the device , I doubt elbreezy profit might even equate to the said 10% , and its gonna be a win win for adrianhillz.

The salient thing to consider is simple DOES THE PHONE HAS A SCRATCH if it does then it cant be called a brand new device , if it doesn't then then elbreezy you have to find a resolution independently or accept the 90% refund .

This is a simple and clear case . Buyers complain about devices a lot we try to do the best we possibly can and when or where we cant then both parties will have to reach a compromise .

I think elbreezy is always only interested in items getting to his buyer first. If his buyer regects the item, he comes up with an escuse (especially shifting responsibility) to get refunded. That's a bad business model.

In which part of my post did I say you lied about your issue with him? I read everything and I am not saying you lied about your own issue with him. Infact I faulted his decision in your issue. But your issue is different from someone who bought a faulty device and he didn't resolve it.

But you the one telling me I am on my own if a laptop I bought is faulty and I have to correct you on that lie base on my own personal experience. I had issues twice with his laptops. One was keyboard, he came with another keyboard and changed it. The other issue was a slow laptop, he came and replaced the hard drive and installed new windows on it. That one too has been working fine ever since. He did helped us fixed some old laptops in the office which we have initially abandoned.

I have his home address in ijanikin and he is well known there. So if he scammed anyone and they are looking for him, I would be the first to provide his house address.

I am not defending anyone. I hardly find those who have actually transacted with him say bad things about him with proof. All the complain I saw online, he always resolved it. Except that of the cracked laptop.

If you didn't give someone a broken gadget, would you accept a broken gadget for refunds?

I read the disputes and from the same dispute, even the complainer elbrizy or so said it that he had keyboard issue with a particular laptop he bought from hotdealz and hotdealz REPLACED it. That clearly means he takes responsibility.

Infact, from my own personal experience, he always does if the complain comes quick enough. I have bought lots of laptops from him and recommended him to families and friends who are all satisfied with their purchases and after sales response from hotdealz.

If hotdealz takes responsibility as confirmed by the complainer, why did he reject the dented laptops?

I put myself in that situation. If I didn't give someone a cracked laptop, even with gun on my forehead, I won't accept it.

Ebrizy completely f*ck up by waybilling the laptops before complaining. Also, if he claimed this man told him the laptops are mint, he should be able to back it up with prove because the hotdealz said he did not tell him that.

So to judge that, I'll need other people with first hand experience to testify with proof that hotdealz did same to them by sending them cracked dented laptops after saying they are mint but I didn't find any.

D4donnn dispute, though I blame hotdealz for sending the money to the buyer and I would have said he should atleast give like 5k to compensate D4donnn for his effort but he too sold his device at a loss.

So, I'll advise D4donnn to learn and move on. He should learn to be in total control of his sales by collecting money from his buyer and paying the seller himself by so doing, hotdealz wouldn't have been able to try what he did.

One can actually land in EFCC custody by receiving money from Mr A and sending it to Mr B. Yahoo yahoo comes to mind. Most of the people FBI traced and arrested were because they are in control of the bank account used in receiving fraudulent payments from victims of fraud. #Aza_Man

People should always try to proffer solution rather than going back and forth with insults or blame game. The way forward is very key and only dialogue and shifting ground can bring that.

After speaking on the phone with all the 3 parties involved, i'm happy to let us know that we have a solution, buyer (Harryfrosh) would be getting another Samsung Note 20 Ultra from Bdemix that would be sent via DHL to his location.

I salute the buyer's level of consideration in this matter and i want to appreciate all those that genuinely want the matter resolved amicably.

Advice to Omicpet - Define the scope of your logistics to your clients, let your terms and agreement be in black and White.
Advice to Buyer (Harryfrosh) - Let all your business transaction be well documented via VN, whatsapp chats and emails.
Advice to Bdemix - If you're selling TLC, let your clients know Lagos is the final destination, let them arrange who will help them pick.
