I have been selling laptops on nairaland since 2016 and I always use stock photos on my ads. It is never to deceive anyone. It's just for the customer to know what the model looks like.

All the laptops elbreezy or anyone else has ever ordered from me, I always send stock photos. This is because, these laptops are in large quantities mostly from warehouses and other wholesalers. They are not laptops from offerup.

The 10 mini laptops he ordered in "CASE 2" were not mint. I never told him they were mint. The hp laptops he ordered, I never told him they were mint too. He lied. I know laptops I describe as mint. But the laptops were not dented or cracked.

Now, if the 10 mini laptops he ordered and waybilled himself were not mint and i always send stock photos plus there were crack issues which I clearly told him would be from the waybill company. No solution cos I won't take what I know I did not give.

I find it hard to believe he would place another order and claims non of this his people still check and all of a sudden, he's now talking about stock photos.

*He also lied that what I tagged "CASE 1" in my explanation doesn't exist. See photos proof.

Your buyer messages made me know you made him understand that he's doing business directly with me. Also the buyer paid the money directly to me. That's why he was so confident to send those kind of messages to me. If I was to do a refund, it would be directly to the same person that paid me.

D4donnn went further to tell me the extra 20k on the deal was for the unlocking of the phone. So I pleaded with the buyer to add the extra to complete it 35k so he can unlock it through the cybatek D4donnn said he contacted. He didn't object. I also, told him I don't want this unlocking thing to pass through me because even me is scared of unlocking if not, I would have unlocked it before selling.

He asked me to take the laptops to someone at ikeja. I took the laptops in a bagco sack to that person believing he was to check the items before he would take them to the company that's going to waybill the laptops to outside Lagos. These laptops were not dented or broken.

Now, he is telling me that he doesn't instruct either his guy in Ikeja and even the company he used to waybill to outside Lagos to check items. I was really surprised cos him doing that simply means, he sees them as infallible thus absolving them of any issues that can arise on their part and whatever happens, he would push it to me. Even big companies like GIG logistics, tranex, Efex logistics etc always check items and even help pack them properly before they waybill.

All these wouldn't had been an issue if he had instructed his people to check before they waybill. Also the laptops were not even fit to be waybilled that way because nylon can not protect 4 big laptops like that.

Before he ordered laptop from me, he asked me about warranty and I clearly told him I only warranty motherboard. If he had issues with my warranty, why did he still went ahead to order and still not let his people to check the items before they waybill? Now, he wants to make me a scapegoat.

You are a serial schemer , with a very destructive trait eveything you touch you bring to ruin , I'm dropping my own complaint very soon , I want everything to be resolved with the device you sold to me before I come here to tell the world how cheap and petty you are , I believe the laptops you sold him was defective right from the start going by what you did to me , and like always you'll always try to deny liability and push it to others but surely you will meet your Waterloo soonest .
