Nairaland GeneralRe: Silly Beliefs That You Know Of by da808cutie(f): 12:13pm On Sep 21, 2005
Ka:
There's nothing silly about this.

As the Founder, Prophet and Pastor of the Temple of the Sacred Coconut, I personally seek out the highest mountains available to do my praying, and I encourage my followers to do the same.
<snip>
I'm guessing you don't believe God is everywhere then since you have to go to higher levels to seek God's attention.
One question though, do you mean to say praying in the presence of electricity, buildings, traffic and whatnot hinder prayers? ...just asking

Anyways:
If a girl/lady stares at herself in the mirror at night, no man will want to marry her
If someone walks across a childs legs, the child will remain short
If u walk backwards you are/will turn into a ghost
If you sleep with any your legs touching to walk, you're a witch and have gone for meeting.

You guys have got it twisted here....its not going to be 9years of secondary school, it will be 3years instead (that is just senior secondary)....meaning junior secondary will be combined with primary school. there will no longer be the normal common entrance examintaions
im sure none of the authorities will be crazy enough to want any1 in secondary school for 9years i mean c'mon now!

@ obong, its not exactly 4years in d rest of the world.

ok seeing as im a near-pro on d being single issue plus u sound exactly like me, i guess i should chip in: secret's simply to stop searching n almost as soon as u do that, one will come your way when u least expect it. im sure you have a few guys as platonic friends, if they've got friends, cousins or brothers, u can also ask them to hook you up or simply as ur girlfriends to do that for u, they're prolly in d best position for that. goodluck sha!
