i haven't read through all the relevant posts on this topic, so pardon me if someone has already said this...

it's perfectly possible for a woman to be pregnant without knowing it whether or not she's had a baby before.
a few months ago there as a British awards ceremony for bravery, kindness, and stuff of that sort. and there as a girl either 9 or 10 can't rememberher age now. she got an award and the 999 tape was played for everyone to hear.
well the girl made the 999 call because her mom was in serious pain and neither one of them knew what was going on. girlie kept asking for the operator to give her tips on what to do, got towels, told her mom to lay down properly and even screamed "there's a baby coming out of her"...now isn't that a brave child (mind you she was 9 at the time of this incident)

....so yes its possible for her not to have known.
