The good thing about resetting a phone at pick up point is to avoid stuffs like this and the issues like iCloud bypass. Biko always reset even if phone is already on home screen, make we no use our vacation money for refund

If picker had tried to at least check camera or Face ID or True Tone or panic full. He Wld have seen the “iPhone has been disabled”. It won’t take you up to 20 secs to connect to WiFi and set up iPhone manually to test phone functions, if he had done that, that page Wld have popped up. So what are you saying??
