Sort it out with your contact dear, forget the age restrictions, visas are coming out daily,as for the work visa,it takes only 10 working days from the ones I've seen/residency visa, please contact the agent who is handling your visa, ask him for your application number which starts with MB***********AE,kindly visit www.mol.gov.ae and check the statues on line,I hope this helps! |
ken1982:You can arrange your residence visa and your wife and your children will be under your visa,so long as your sponsor writes 7000 or 5500 dirams on your salary certificate, that was how my hubby did our own,but you have to be there on ground to monitor them ooh,mmh dubai!!!,its just a 10days process, then we always monitored ours through www.mol.gov.ae,then when it comes out ,you can go for health test then get it stamped with 550dirams, that is if you don't want to exit and return to get it placed on your passport at the port of entry, I don't know if things has changed now but this was exactly how we did ours,i hope this helps |
nattybanta:Sorry dear it's even now that am getting the story straight, it's all about the nigerian immigration, maybe I didn't read well before jumping into reply, once they see that fresh look on your face,my dear, they must demand for something, they are just using the age restrictions thing to hold people and take money from them.just get an immigration man/woman that works with the airport there prior to your travel,if the person travelling is a younger person,if dubai doesn't want one to travel, they wouldnt issue us a visa.this has been a problem with nigerian immigration yet the wrote on the walls at the airport "do not give money to touts or immigration officers"dont mind them.they can hold you till the expiration of your visa, they are very wicked.you would have to rebook your flight and pay a no show fee. |
Abidemi501:Don't give any body money in dubai for job,get your cv,resume well typed, leave the rest for God,these days it's now better to travel with direct employment, nothing looks as it seems here. If you are a welder,Carpenter, mason, etc,go to mussafah area 23,11 in Abu dhabi, also visit hotels in dubai and ajman, you may be lucky to get security jobs etc, comport your self well, there's always this strange look on their faces when you mention your nationality, never mind, its God that sees people through, you would see a lot of handy jobs there ,they will hire you by God's grace,i have some one who just got a job like that, everything is in Gods hand not man |
daniel7587:No problem dear, you can go.ahead and travel.iys only our immigration at our mm1 airport who is making things difficult for us using the age restrictions to intimidate nigerians,in another man's land, you don't have problems go ahead and do your business dear. |
daniel7587:No problem dear,you can go.ahead and travel. |
DonCappuchino:My dear,i suggest travelling to dubai via abu dhabi, thats ethihad airways.i have entered dubai severally without being asked for pocket money etc. After passing through the ebola screening machine ,then I normally proceed for a stamping in at the immigration port of entry, get the eye scan done that's all.i and my family have been taking that route for sometime, even.now that we are on residence visa. But I have someone who traveled tru abu dhabi last week and the person hadn't no money at hand but GTB ATM which is normally used to withdraw money in dubai cash dispensers, he was asked for his pocket money and when he showed them his ATM,they asked him to buy something with and he did that was all.i think abu dhabi is better especially for first timmers,i hope this helps. |

Hi,ignore the age restrictions thing and walk into an emirates airline, book their flight with just a small token or travel agency like wakanow.com, I feel it would be easier for you As for the age and being under 40,i just have an example of the visa that came out for a 25years old girl.i hope this helps. |
tirenioluwa7:His agent would have told him on time,in fact it's a law in dubai,i did it with my family before applying for our residency, that was after I returned on a tourist sight visit to dubai. HIV,HEPATITIS,CHEST XRAY,tuberculosis,is must but SYPHILIs could be pardoned and treated .your friend took a heavy risk by knowing his status and still proceeded to waste his money on flight etc. in fact it's an advice for anyone who is planning to go on a three months visa to dubai to look for work or on employment visa to get tested even before applying so that you wouldn't waste your time and money and still get humiliated by the dubai immigration. Africa as a continent already has that embargo and stigma, lets all be very careful. It's different in other western world where sickness isnt a bearer to jobs and making money besides one can live on ARV drugs to survive H.I.V,tell your friend to get some awareness, it would help him to push longer than expected, there are worst ailment than HIV like high blood pressure. I hope this helps? |
good day great people. please i need your advice on how to go about US visa. i am currently in dubai, working on a two years visa(just spent 6months). my questions are1. how do i go about moving to US to work? 2. can i apply from here or need to go back home? whats the % of its success? thank u. If you are on a two years visa, you don't need to come back home to apply, once you have upto ten thousand dirams in your account, with your employer's supporting letters you are good to go, especially when you are due to go on a yearly paid hollidays.i and my family having been getting visas from dubai to canada, America and newziland, though we are on resident visa. |
Polithiefcian:Companies and employers do take care of flight in some in most case but accommodation is a must, you don't pay for accommodation in dubai once you're hired.as for the price, it's a fare one |
justi4jesu:Yes she can, your visa starts counting right from the day you were stamped in,also inquire from, ethihad airline and emirate in case of new laws and changes |
MarieEyre:There's a way it's done,she wouldn't require her parents presence, besides it's 14days or two weeks visa,nothing like seven days. |
ugsams:Kindly go to emirates, ethihad, airlines tell them that you want check your visa authenticity before buying tickets from them,it would take the two minutes to confirm whatever you want |
fabru:With all due respect, I hope you are not trying to be ungreatful,i am not an agent so don't post whatever gratitude or great fullness here, its not an advert center,do you think that dunai is nigeria where anyone could be brought into your home without proper explanation? I'm happy that you passed your medicals, work and be wise, remember people at home and post me no more, here it a forum and not a AIT. |
Gooci:Www.mol.gov.ae |
Gooci:I humbly advice that you should look well before you leap, nothing looks as it seems, heard and told sometimes especially in dubai.all these jobs are easier gotten and accessed right from here. Nigerians have given most employers the impression that our dear country is poverty stricken with the citizens travelling out desperately, there are some situations where the employers mostly indians would pay the 3000ead for work visa shortee and ask you, the employee to pay the rest or he would take it small by small from your salary.Work permit pre-aproval comes out in seven days while the visa it's self comes out the following three workings days.we call it two weeks here.once you are employed, it doesn't take much time for your visa/permit to be out with your labour card and ministry of labour has made it easier to access online through. Mol.gov.ae,once you can access you application number which starts with MB***********AE, then your details, date of applications, labour number, even the employers company license number and the name of the company who gave you employment will appear.i learnt my lessons ,i would want anyone to make that same mistake.i saw a guy who was dragged to the police at the expiration of his 1month which is taken to be 30days,he saw two months on his visa thinking it was gonna be at a stretch not knowing that he needs 1000dirams to extend it,after exhausting his 10days grace, he didn't find job and had nothing, not even a return ticket, I had so much pity on him being dragged and handed over to the immigration by his own people who collected money to house him,who also processed the visa for him before he came.misinfiormation is a very bad thing.they would have informed him before comming.so dear, take your time before you get involved, also try and verify your visa when you get one, through airlines if you don't have time to access the internet.God will help all of us. |
Gooci:I wish you all the best, goodluck my dear |
bayocanny:Nigerian embassy is Abudabi, but bear it in mine that nigerian embassy helps not the citizens of nigeria, most places in the world,u.k Israel, Bahamas etc is even the worst.they will even collect money to aid their citizens deportation. So they can't and have no right to tell the Emirates what to do or how to treat visitors.its disheartening |
knightsTempler:You are right, they also go as far as stealing and causing problems in sharjah while they run to ajman and Al ain to hide,so wired,so ashamed, thank God for my red passport .they now ask nationality before employment and tenancy agreement. Deira is now so hot because nigerians.its either""i need philipino, indian Pakistani "",we have made employers so scared of employing us. |
worry359:Iam not sure, my dear, they know that you don't have it if you present tourist or visit visa Why would they require visit visa or tourist visa if they wouldn't train? I am on my husband's residence visa,i know it works ,more over I'm not asking anyone to contact me for this , It's on dubizzle. Com,that is no 1 uae jobs and sales website.its not for everybody but for people already in dubai cos it will be easier for them to access the company by themselves. |
ibrahym47:Your employer takes the responsibility of your accommodation, visa, transport and for good hearted once feeding. meanwhile dubai uses dirams. And not dinhar(kuwait and Jordan money) if he's a true friend,he wouldn't collect money from you and even if he wants to,not in this manner.justt be careful, even your cousin, brother can have you for launch in dubai |
/quote]mail me if you are ready to do 90k job,please don't be offended,im just being sincere.oluchimiracle1980@yahoo.com |
Gooci:My desr, with all humility,it wouldn't affect you,the right agents here knows what to do to secure it,no uae law states that anyone can not come on an employment visa, afterall the job age restrictions is from 18-35,yet my husband git a job there st 43 though from the u.k,things are better seen than heard,be strong and go ahead with what you are doing my dear.below is my brother in laws employment visa and he's your age mate.hes just came out.so why would they refuse you. Gooci:Yes there is,he's a nigerian man from enugu state ,he has once carried me on a taxi to tasil in hyat regency. He said he came on a direct employment, that they train them once they are tested. |
justsmart1:Hi 21,years is possible, but you will be going on a double visa, thats what its called here, they normally edit a matching surname on an above 40years old passport holder,to apply for two and it would come out with both of you bearing your own surname, the older person serves as who would accompany you.it is the secret of visa agents in dubai.moreover my in laws direct employment visa came out though he's 23yrs.thats why it's alway good to do visas from dubai direct contact |
