To all those upset with Doctors or hating them and most times asking what they even do.......If doctors were such idiots, why then has the strike embarked upon by them been a problem to you all?
You say they are useless....but you never go to a hospital to see a nurse or a lab technician. YOU ALWAYS ASK FOR A DOCTOR!
Don't get me wrong, i am not a doctor.
But fellows let's get reasonable here. Do you know that a doctor's hazard allowance is 5,000 naira monthly? Yes, 5,000 naira only. This is what would cover for the risk he takes while treating HIV patients, Ebola patients and sufferers of other contagious diseases.
Our law makers get millions as "hardship allowance" to sit in air-conditioned chambers and waste nigeria's time on silly chatter and laughter.
The rascality in government encourages incessant Industrial Actions among the trade unions. The behaviour of our government officials is not one that attracts the understanding of the masses.
The doctors are on strike because of an agreement that was signed sometime ago but the government as usual has failed to keep its own side of the bargain....JUST LIKE THE ASUU issue. Please Nigerians, stop playing to the gallery with these devils (politicians).
The minister of health claimed he was on steady telephone contact with the ebola patients in Nigeria to ascertain their well being...the interview of the family members of the victims clearly showed what a liar he is. this is the same man asking our president to fire 16,000 doctors in a country that is grossly under-staffed with respect to doctors. Has the minister in his wisdom ever cared to check the doctor-patient ratio in nigerian hospitals and tried to compare this figure with what is obtainable abroad? MR PRESIDENT, you are a fine man...but you have surrounded yourself with people of mediocrity and who lack the slightest idea of what governance should be. i rest my case.

Hello there, Can someone please help! My 2001 Isuzu Rodeo occasionally switches off while I'm driving.
It goes like this: I could be on the road, the rpm would just intermittently go down to zero as if turning off and return back to normal. Driving would continue. Then sometimes the engine just goes off. Once I kick the car again, it starts and I move on. This happens from time to time especially when I'm on rough roads.
