Manchester United are weighing up a potential £75million move for Barcelona midfielder Frenkie de Jong.

Incoming United manager Erik ten Hag has identified De Jong, 25, as an ideal target, having coached him at Ajax and the Manchester Evening News understands United have contacted Barcelona about De Jong’s potential availability.

Barcelona and United sources have suggested reports of an imminent deal are wide of the mark but United are determined to move swiftly for a midfielder to offset the imminent departures of Paul Pogba and Nemanja Matic. Pogba is believed to favour rejoining Juventus, despite interest from Paris Saint-Germain.


De Jong is contracted to Barcelona until 2026, having joined the club from Ajax for £65m in 2019, but the emergence of Pedri and Gavi in midfield has plunged his future into doubt.

Natacha Akide, popularly known as Tacha disclosed she’s currently in a relationship with her bag and is quite focused on pushing her career.
In an interview with Chude Jideonwo on TVC, the ex-reality star revealed her long term plans of remaining single as she’s pretty focused on building herself.

“I think my confidence comes from disregard from people, it had a lot to do with my childhood actually, not being in any group in high school. Nobody wanted me in their clique, so i had just a friend.”

“I think she did something bad to me and i could remember myself tearing up in the house, and my mom came out like why are you tearing up yourself? so we had a conversation and upward from there, she made it a mission to make sure i can be all by myself and be happy.” she recounted.

The socialite cum brand influencer also pointed out her disqualification from the big brother house as the highlight of her life so far. “i think the highlight would be the disqualification, God wanted that to happen and i trust God, i follow him, i don’t exactly know why this had to happen or why this is happening but i trust the process, and everything is going on really really great.” she added.

Viewers of the crime, drama series can’t wait no longer for the return of the much anticipated fifth season of drug cartel crime thriller, Queen of the South.

The series created by M.A Fortin and Joshua John Miller for the USA Network tells the story of Teresa Mendoza, a young lady from Culiacan, Mexico and her travails and struggles in becoming a force to reckon with in drug cartels.

Release Date?

The release date for the highly anticipated fifth season of Queen of the South is yet to be announced, however viewers would expect a 13 episode season and would hopefully air at the beginning of June 2020 as prior seasons have all aired within same period.

according to reports, production of the 5th season was suspended due to the outbreak of coronavirus worldwide.

Alice Braga will of course carry on the lead role as Teresa Mendoza, with Henky Madera expected to retain his position as Teresa Mendoza‘s right-hand man, Pote Galvez.

Peter Gadiot as James Valdez and Nick Sagar as Alonzo Loya. Julian Silva who played the role of Tony Parra will not be making a return as he was killed in a car bomb in the 4th season.
