As someone who has been through same process of a long wait to relocate, i understand that feeling, the wait feels like forever. What’s worth doing is worth doing well. My problem with European countries like Norway, New Zealand or sweden is the difficulty in obtaining Business Visas

I can’t live in dubai.. i’d rather go to some island than go to Dubai. Dubai is expensive to live in. Remembered i once exhausted investment returns i was paid there within two weeks. In other words, it is expensive to live in.

Mostly for tourism and international banking, for the tourism aspect, I am thinking of the option of putting cars on rent and tours while also looking out for the entertainment sector.
olyrayy: Oh. Yeah. I doubt local businesses would be lucrative. There are barely up to 100 thousand people there. I heard it's a haven for cryptocurrency companies sha. That's one of the reasons why I'm considering it in the long term.
Why do you want to relocate?
I stayed in Seychelles for about three weeks before going to Ethiopia from there. Seychelles is lovely and they are open to investors and it is the most peaceful place I have ever lived since I was born since it is an island. No crime at all. Though Seychelles can be lonely as its a destination for tourists especially those who go for honeymoon and vacations.
About your stuffs; you will spend more to cargo them than going there to buy new ones. To get your money back while still in Nigeria, don't rush selling them. You will get good buyers by taking your time selling them. Canada or Australia. You made right choices by excluding USA(not sure about UK though). Flee away from Europe because of language barrier. I think you can make it as an entrepreneur in those two aforementioned countries. But remember, you may need to start as an employee somewhere beforr you have your permanent stay( permanent residency)

That is another angle, about putting my equipments on ship as cargo... I am still waiting on the Canada but maybe I have to try Australia since many people are suggesting it to be a fair and cheaper affordable environment.

Even Mauritius is not a bad idea.
Norway is super stable. 3rd Happiest Nation in the world.
I have been to many countries honestly.. including Mauritius. Even though the country is beautiful and have most of the best things I have seen like Airport and so on, i do not really see anything special there except tourism. I would even prefer Seychelles to Mauritius.

Secondly Entrepreneurship Taxes... bro let's be real here, 20 Million is not even up to 50,000 USD so what 100% profitable venture can you set up as an entrepreneur, let's say in Canada that's going to give you a consistent flow to match up to the taxes without you running at a loss within the first year?
Which Brings me to the third point; Entrepreneurship/investment visa... the minimum amount required for most visas of this category is usually 150k usd or more depending on the country, and you are well below that threshold assuming you want to go indy, so your options are quite limited.
You seem limited to Caribbean zones or South American zones, scratch off some profitable Asian zones and English speaking zones.
For Europe the dynamics are very different, you just need to have a base in either a supporting employer, a spouse or an educational institution otherwise, Nada...
Either ways rethink your strategy, the specifics you stated are very limiting. I think relocation requests a great deal of flexibility from the individual, because things most definitely do not go as envisaged in such situations.
I have legally registered associates in Canada who can grant me work permits due to ongoing projects but the issue is that Canada is on lockdown and I am tired of being here.
About Caribbean locations, can you please specify an example of where? I no not care about spousal arrangement to get citizenship as long as I leave this hellhole called Nigeria.
