Hello Good People,
Another issue just rised today.

It's not up to one year I parked into this building and I have been consistent in paying the current bill for each month.

And the old tenants living in the building were quited due to non renewal of their house rents.

The Power Company just disconnected my light today because of arrears these quited tenants were owning.

They said I should start paying the arrears before they will reconnect my light.
The sum is #324,000. No Prepaid Meter.

So what is the best approach, should I start paying for the arrears of light I did not used?
I am just upset right now.

When it comes to gospel ministers they want them to minister almost free but when the likes of Davido and Wizkid charge that amount, it's okay.

How do you expect them to feed if she doesn't charge. If it's easy to get a song from the realm, you too enter studio and sing.

I need a job Sir/Ma

I resigned from my previous due to threat to my life last year.

Before my resignation, I worked there for 6 years as a FACILITY MANAGER.
Among the work I do and as my assignment are;

1. Making sure that everywhere is clean as I supervised & direct cleaners, making sure the gardeners are doing their work properly.

2. Facility Maintenance: Making sure that facility is being maintained , things that are damaged or faulty be replaced or repaired with the best product.

3. Taking inventory of all the things a)& input them in a Excel sheet.

4. Making sure that any items coming in & out of the Facility is recorded & input in an Excel template; i. Goods Received Note & ii. Goods Issue Note respectively.

5. Even in the management of STORE, I have & know the process of receiving & issuing out items.

6. As a proactive,active & versatile I make provision for subsequent maintenance or occurrence & also with my technical know how, I can handle an immediate minor repairs on Electrical, Plumbing, Elevator, Generator etc.

7. Making reports both in writing & with video/pictorial clip daily & monthly.

8. Supervise projects & giving reports.

9.And many other experiences I garnered.
