After the leader of Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB) Mazi Nnamdi Kanu with some principal officers of IPOB honored an invitation by some members of European Parliament, some individuals has unveiled a "fake" Photo shops stating that IPOB leader went to protest in the front of EU Parliament.




Despite that IPOB released a statement, keeping the outcome of the meeting at the EU Parliament undisclosed, Photo evidence was also released so that people will know how formidable IPOB has become towards the restoration of Biafra, Inner source said!.

Between 8pm and 9pm today when i am settled from work, i will share it. Just bookmark this tweet and wait pls. I hope you all benefit from this.

So it was around 1pm on the 30th of March, 2017, a week after i applied for the Job i am currently on. This day was supposed to be the day of my death. I had been ill for the past 48hrs. Yes, uncle brief illness, that guy, yea.

I was lying on my bed, very weak...

..after taking my meds. A few minutes later, it was like my soul was being sucked away from my body. Then and there, i knew this was it. I knew i was going. My journey on earth was to come to an end. I wanted to know the time of my departure so i checked my watch. I always have..

...my watch on. It was 1.04pm. Called my younger brother to give him my last (weak) words. They all watched helplessly as i was beginning to stretch. "Let's take him to the hospital!!" I could hear my niece scream. With my last breathe, i whispered to my brother to tell Dad...

That it has been a honor walking this Earth alongside him. That i was proud to.... I didn't finish the sentence before all went dark. I felt myself being sucked through a huge pipe seemingly filled with flowing clean water. It all happened fast. But something was not right....

I felt different. All i could hear was crying and wailing at a distance but here i was alone in a huge quiet beautiful hall. "Where am i oo?" What is this place? I looked around. No one. I proceeded to open one of the doors and i was seeing my room, my siblings shaking me up....

Tapping me to wake up. The body was me, dead, lifeless but i could feel the connection between i and that body, but here i was feeling lighter, much more alive. This body was sooo beautiful and bright. O didn't like the lifeless one. "Ewwww". I had mixed feelings....

Fear, anxiety and joy. Before i could even reach out to any of them to say i am here, i felt so sleepy and it was like i slept off for a few seconds.

I opened my eyes to a different scenario but still, at a distance, I could hear: "Get dad on d phone" but i was less concerned..

What caught my attention was where i was when i woke up. A whole world filled with beautiful children whose beauty, words on this earth cannot describe. The orderliness and sereneness of the meadows and landscape filled my breasts with indescribable peace and welcome...

I was of course generally confused. Where is this? Certainly not paradise �

Everyone there was between the ages of 3 and 23. Among the flowers and gardens, i could see what our world would describe as gnomes, fairies. In my mind i was identifying them since i remembered...

That i was familiar with them in the movies on earth. Indescribably beautiful creatures. A lady approached me, with a smile on her face, carrying a basket of what looks like dairy products and exquisite fruits but they don't look like what we have on earth here...

I mean, what is the most beautiful shade of red you have seen on earth? Beside these colours, our earth's most beautiful colors look like badly mixed water colour. She asked me if i am new to this city. Very pleasant woman (i remember her face). I explained what had happened..

She laughed and welcomed me but asked if i was leaving immediately. In my mind was like "Are you for real?� Someone who doesn't even know where he is. Lol. The surprising thing is that SHE COULD READ MY THOUGHTS! She smiled again and said i shouldn't worry that they....

All passed through this phase when they died. I was shook. She said she would show me around. I then felt something tapping the nape of my neck, it was a FAIRY from one of the gardens. I said "Oh a fairy!" I looked around, they were many. The woman was a bit surprised that...

I knew about fairies and asked if i know all the species. I said well yes, to a fair degree. She told me to look up. It was then i saw that what we have here on earth as clouds were filled with fairies, gnomes, nixies, and the rivers were shiny. Water here is not like the water..

We have on Earth. No. The colours there, i believe cannot be painted of described by the best artists. I asked if this was paradise, the laugh from the children and everyone made me feel ashamed. They said this is Oakshire (spelt as heard), a plane of existence not far from...

The Earth and that paradise is still light years away from there. Omg!

She said she would take me to neighbouring cities. I wanted to start walking when i found myself with her in another exquisitely and indescribably beautiful city. I asked how we got here so fast....

She said here in this world, you just think about the place you want to be and you are there. As long as it is within that same plane. People here moved at the speed of thought!

As we were proceeded, i heard a very loud thunderous voice calling my name. It was my dad....

Who had driven from work distances away, driving like a mad man on getting to hear of my demise. He called my name in d name of the Almighty! The lady smiled again and said it looks like it is not yet my time. I said it is! I didn't want to return!!

She said my time will come...

But it apparently is not now. But why? I felt more alive there than on that dirty earth. Lol.

Before I could reply her, a sharp light from just east of our direction opened up, like a portal and i was like sucked into it and it felt like i was caried on a sea of wool....

In a split second, i was back on earth. First face i saw was dad's face with his hand on my forehead and sweating profusely. Apparently whatever he did zapped his strength. All of it. He then offered me a hand and said "Stand up son!"

I was both filled with joy and frustration..

Why bring me back??

I then noticed i couldn't move my body. IT WAS ALL STIFF!!

See jubilation and relief, see hugs, painful hugs cos my body has still. I didn't know how to use it anymore. I asked how long i had been gone, they said 45mins!! Brain dead. I couldn't recognize...

Some faces and places in the house. I had to learn how to use my body again and recollect some faces and names. I was on brain drugs for a while.

Next day, i got a call that i was to come for discussion.....

Let me post these ones first before typing the concluding part....

So it was that my employer, the CEO of my organization, oblivious of what had happened and uncharacteristic of her, decided to interview me HERSELF. What a wawu! But the truth is, i recollected her and who she was but it was my brothers who actually tild me i applied to that...

Place for a job before i passed on. I had little recollection of Medicine or Surgery but i remembered i was a Doctor. I was just lucky she didn't mention anything medical, i would have flopped big time even after passing the first interview and impressing her more....

Attitude-wise than expertise-wise. The whole scenario was just unbelievable and interesting. An experience i will never forget. I will take with me to the grave.

Anyone who tells you there is no life after death has sure deceived you and u either realise it now or later...

..to your shock. Quoting the quran or bible verses wouldn't change anything here. I do hope one or to people can gain something from my personal experience of death.

The Federal Government generated N311.94bn between April and June; statistics provided by the National Bureau of Statistics have shown. NBS revealed that N269.79bn was generated in Q2 2018 representing 7.92 per cent increase Quarter-on-Quarter and 16.95 per cent increase Year-on-Year.

The balance of N65.48bn was generated as NCS-import VAT. As part of its tax revenue drive, the Federal Inland Revenue Service recently ordered companies to remit value-added tax and withholding tax by the 21st day of every month. It observed that some companies were fond of not deducting taxes at source. In another development, the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria has backed the plan by the Federal Government to introduce Value Added Tax on online transactions. The institute said it should have been introduced to the economy long ago as the same practice was obtainable in other climes because the nation was losing a significant amount of revenue by not taxing online transactions. It stated, “The amount of money we are losing because we are not tracking these online transactions is huge. Even if we are not getting it fully right at the beginning, let us talk about it; let us bring it into our conversation and let us put it into action. “In some climes, as you are transferring money, it is being taxed; even invisible trades are being tracked.” The institute said that when taxable incomes were earned, they must be taxed.

Very soon someone will come up with GOAT is man-made. Cross breeding or genetic modification is a more appropriate word to use.

You can't create a fruit out of nothing. You can only make one out of its kind. So to say orange, banana were created is wrong. Making a different specie doesn't make it a new plant. Some species have however been given differing name due to very mark differences in the characteristics and this is especially true of the citrus family. My opinion though.

The Evolution of Mobile Communications, from 1G to 5G
When we describe mobile communications, we refer to the overall technology, speed, frequency and system in numeric generations such as 3G, 4G or 5G. Each generation have unique technologies that define them. This blog explores and explains the differences throughout the evolution of mobile communications and what we can expect from the future generations of these technologies.

1G

The very first generation of commercial cellular network was introduced in the late 70’s with fully implemented standards being established throughout the 80’s. The radio signals used by 1G are analogue, meaning the voice of a call is modulated to a higher frequency rather than being encoded to digital signals.
Analogue signals degrade over time and space meaning that voice data can very often lack quality within a call. In comparison, digital is a representation of analogue stored as signals, meaning larger amounts of data can be carried more effectively.

2G

The second generation saw the introduction of GSM (Global System for Mobile Communication) technologies as a standard in the early 90’s. It allowed for digital voice and data to be sent across the network and allowed users to roam for the first time.

2G also used Signalling and Data Confidentially and Mobile Station Authentication to ensure improved security and privacy of telephone calls.
The advance in technology from 1G to 2G introduced many of the fundamental services that we still use today, such as SMS, internal roaming, conference calls, call hold and billing based on services e.g. charges based on long distance calls and real time billing.

2.5G

Between the year 2000 and 2003, an upgrade in technologies introduced the packet network which provided high speed data transfer and internet and became known as 2.5G.

The standards included GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) and EDGE (enhanced Data Rates in GSM).
GPRS supports flexible data transmission rates and provides continuous connection with the network. It also allows for the service provider to charge for the amount of data that is sent rather than their connection time.

3G

Introduced commercially in 2001, the goals set out for third generation mobile communication were to facilitate greater voice and data capacity, support a wider range of applications, and increase data transmission at a lower cost.

For the first time, this generation supported high speed wide band internet access as well as fixed wireless internet access and allowed for video calls, chatting and conferencing, mobile TV, video on demand services, navigational maps, email, mobile gaming, music and digital services such as movies.
Significantly greater security features were introduced within 3G, including Network Access and Domain Security and Application Security.

4G

Initiated in 2010, the fourth generation is an all IP based network system. Its purpose is to provide high speed, high quality and high capacity to users while improving security and lower the cost of voice and data services, multimedia and internet over IP.

The major benefit of an IP based network is that it is able to seamlessly handover, for voice and data to GSM, UMTS and CDMA2000 technologies from the previous different generations infrastructure.

4G introduced the LTE standard which only support packet switching and an all IP Network. There are a significant amount of infrastructure changes needed to be implemented by service providers in order to supply because voice calls in GSM, UMTS and CDMA2000 are circuit switched, so with the adoption of LTE, carriers will have to re-engineer their voice call network.

5G

5G is the next generation of commercial cellular network, set to greatly increase internet connectivity speeds. At this time, there aren’t any publicly agreed definitive standards that have been set as with previous generations so not a great deal of information is known about the specific technologies that are going to be used.

Different estimations have been made for the date of commercial introduction of 5G networks, but they are generally around the year 2020.

One of the main benefits of increased connectivity being plugged as the underlying selling point of 5G is IoT (Internet of Things), which would make the most of the higher speed of connectivity to allow for seamless integration of devices on a scale never been achievable before.

The letter reads in part: "Zimbabwe and Africa owe a huge debt of gratitude to this highly intelligent and courageous leader who fought and sacrificed so much to liberate his country and free his people from minority occupation.

"He was also in the vanguard of the fight to free several countries of Southern Africa from apartheid and colonialism. He was a true pan-Africanist and patriot. Africa has lost one of its finest sons.

Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State has disclosed that his monthly salary as the state governor is N650,000.
He, therefore, declared his readiness to tackle poor remuneration in the state’s civil service.
Makinde made this declaration while addressing the newly sworn-in Commissioners in the state as he reiterated his commitment towards finding a lasting solution to the issue of poor remuneration in the civil service.
He maintained that poor remuneration packages could be counterproductive to anti-corruption initiatives.
The Governor stated that under his leadership, it would not be business as usual, as he would do everything possible to ensure that workers in the state were not exposed to the temptations of corruption.
He said, “We do have challenges and I can give you an example of the kind of issues that we are faced with. When I was on the podium being sworn-in, I announced that I was donating my salary to the pension board. I actually thought my salary was going to be like N3 or N4 million monthly but when I came in here, I discovered that my salary is only six hundred and fifty naira (N650,000) monthly, which is less than two thousand dollars ($2,000). And then, I have a budget of over five hundred million dollars.
“How can somebody earning $24,000 a year preside over a five hundred million dollar budget? The temptation is just too high.
“When I was growing up, anytime I saw permanent secretaries and top civil servants, all around with their entourage, jeeps, Land cruisers, I thought they were making it big because I was driving Peugeot or Toyota Camry.
“But when I came in here, the salary of Permanent Secretaries is under N500,000 per month; in such an environment where you have contractors coming with big temptations. The expectation is just too great and high. But the good news is, we will find a solution to this. It’s going to business unusual in Oyo State.”
He charged all the new Commissioners in the state to key into his vision and manifesto of accelerated development of Oyo State, adding that the administration would conduct business in an unusual manner that would change the narrative about governance in the state.

Can't the Rivers state Govt develop its own template? Kaduna State said they will start paying the new minimum wage from next month, where will they get their template from? The Rivers State Govt had earlier this year told us that they have captured the new minimum wage in their 2019 budget and up-till-now nothing is done. A state(Kaduna) that never captured the new minimum wage in their 2019 budget will be paying the new minimum wage before a State that had it in their budget.

Kaduna State will implement the new national minimum wage of N30,000 from September 1, 2019.

This was disclosed by the Special Adviser Media and Communication, Muyiwa Adekeye on Monday.

According to the statement, ‘the Kaduna State Executive Council today approved that payment of the new national minimum wage and consequential adjustments to civil servants will begin from 1st September 2019.

“The Executive Council meeting, chaired by Dr. Hadiza Balarabe, the Deputy Governor, noted the commitment of Governor Nasir El-Rufai to strengthen the public service and its capacity to deliver quality and responsive public service.

‘The council deliberated on the minimum wage memo and unanimously approved commencement of the implementation in September 2019.

“The Executive Council stated its that commitment to the public service includes a desire to improve the standard of living of workers in the state.

‘Pursuant to that, the Kaduna State Government launched a pay review process early in 2018. A cabinet committee was charged with exploring how the Kaduna State Government can sustainably improve public sector salaries.


‘Guided by the twin principles of ability to pay and sustainability, the government considered several scenarios, bearing in mind the trend of internally generated revenues and allocations from the federation account.

‘ Several salary scenarios were considered, and one option was identified as the most prudent. A final decision was suspended as negotiations for a new national minimum wage appeared to gather momentum.

‘It was reactivated after the Federal Government announced the new national minimum wage in April 2019.


‘Paying the new national minimum wage and consequential adjustments will increase the wage bill of the Kaduna State Government by 33percent. Gross monthly salary outlay will rise to N3.759bn from the current N2.827bn.
