2.COHESS for Health; level8 step2 is #189,000
3. CONRAISS for research MDAs ;level 8 step2 is #120,000
4. CONTISS II for Non-Academic staff in University,Polytechnic &College of Education; level8 step2 is about #120,000
5. CONTEDNESS is#130,000,
6. CONUASS for university Academic staff; level 8 step2 is about #140,000
7CONMESS for medical staff; level 8 step2 is #140,000
8. CONJUSS for judiciary is #150,000
9. CONTOPSAL for top federal public office holder; runs in millions.

He is wrong on CONHESS 8 and there's no CONMESS 8.CONMESS 2 is the least (GL 12) while CONMESS 1 is for Corper (Doctor). CONMESS 7 is highest grade.Let me also inform you that CONHESS 8 /GL.09 salary is less than 120k per month.

Teachers aren't core civil servants but they are on CONPSS salary structure .So,they will be paid based on CONPSS.

In the Federal Civil service it means all workers except those in paramilitary and military but in the State civil service it means all workers including Teachers....but for simplicity a core civil servant is an officer who works directly with the Ministry .In this regard, a teacher/lecturer is not a core civil servant.Teachers are on CONPSS plus 27% of basic salary .

forms are usually filled by eligible officers for issuance of exam I.Ds cards and also to avoid issue of omission of names i.e They know those who are due and those eligible officers must also be aware of there eligiblity hence the importance of the form.

Promotion to the next level has never been automatic, you will have to sit for exam and pass before you are placed on GL 9.Your Principal is right , you will continue to accumulate steps if promotion exam is not conducted .

quickgetpay: Kano state government has declared the full implementation of free and compulsory primary and secondary schools education policy with the immediate proscription of all levies and fees in public schools.
Besides, the government is earmarking N2.4 billion annually for the implementation of the new education regime.
Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, who made the declaration during the flag off of the funding components of the free education held at Sani Abacha Indoor Sports Hall, affirmed the full implementation of the policy kicks off on resumption of the new school calendar, set for Monday 16th, September 2019.
Ganduje emphasized the government commitment to uplift social and economic development of an average citizen.
“The policy is premised on education for all and equal educational opportunity for all children, girl child education for the poor, enrollment of out-of-school children and education opportunity for Tsangaya children,” the governor said.
Ganduje further stressed that “the policy will capture 1,180 public schools with 834,366 pupils at the cost of N200 million monthly and N2.4 billion yearly.
“The government is also purchasing new uniforms for 779,552 to new enrollment at the cost of N381 million. At the same time, we are engaging 3,000 voluntary teachers to teach in Tsangaya schools in the state,” Ganduje said.
Speaking on new feeding program, the governor noted that Kano state government is earmarking N357 million monthly on school feeding programme for primary four, five and six; to complement Federal government social welfare intervention.
He, however, solicited community and religious leaders to sustain the new education policy.
During his inaugural speech on May 29, Governor Ganduje pledged to transform the educational landscape of the state to improve the standard of education in the state.
Achimela: Governors of the 19 northern states under the platform of the Northern Governors’ Forum on Thursday settled for the National Livestock Transformation Plan of the Federal Government.
The NGF also urged other governors in other parts of the country to follow suit.
This was just as the NGF’s Chairman, Simon Lalong, also congratulated President Muhammadu Buhari on behalf of other governors on his victory at the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal which validated his victory at the February presidential poll.
The forum urged the President to carry everybody along for the next four years as he presided over the affairs of the country.
These were part of the resolutions by the governors at the end of an emergency meeting held at the Sir Kashim Ibrahim Government House, Kaduna, in the state capital.
In the communiqué he read out on behalf of the his colleagues, the chairman, who is also the Plateau State Governor, said the National Livestock Transformation Plan would ensure peace and stability in the region as well as resettle “dislocated populations in the key conflict zones to enable them to become part of the agricultural modernisation process.”
