I was thinking it was my log in details that is having problem since yesterday, I don log in tire, even today is still bringing the same error.maybe they are doing system upgrade

So she is a PR holder , she's not a student, she works as a professional Project manager in a company. All her medical surgeries are insured and we don't pay a cent.. it's free.. I would have applied earlier but that was when Nigeria had passport issue and it took time for me to re-new. Again how does this expedited process work? Through an agent and whenever she asks they say the embassy is backed up or something and that there are loads of people waiting 4 years. Now, she doesn't have any details for me to even look into it. This is insane.

Not the best time to apply for Canada visa,people should try US visa ,if US grant you make one trip and come back then apply for Canada that's 100 percent guaranteed

Good day everyone. Please I need advice on what to do. My agent applied for Canadian visit visa for me early this year. Went for biometrics in February. During this waiting period, there was minimal or no communication at all with the said agent up until yesterday.
He said my visa approval is out that I should pay his balance service charge, before releasing the letter to me then go to the embassy for passport submission.
I reminded him of our initial agreement which was seeing my stamped passport before final payment. He agreed to send the approval letter to me only on the condition that he will blur some parts. I'm thinking the blurred part will be my application number which I don't have access to.
Please what do I do because I don't have access to my portal to see my status. What if the agent is trying to scam me

I am confused and need your advice on this matter.

I applied for a visitor visa with my kids. Just when I was about to apply for a student visa, I received this message:
Biometrics Collection Letter on June 25, 2024. I was actually expecting a decision after 4 months

When I submitted the application, I had the option to use my old biometrics or provide new ones. Since my current biometrics would expire in less than six months, I decided to pay for new biometrics which I did in - Biometrics Collection Letter: February 19, 2024

and it was confirmed by IRCC on My biometrics enrollment date was February 23, 2024, with an expiry date of March 2034.

After 4 months i got this message again - Biometrics Collection Letter: June 25, 2024 FOR another biometrics this is crazy to me


Is this a sign of a problem?
The worst part was that I submitted my passport for my Germany visa renewal just yesterday.

My application status online was last updated on May 24, 2024. Could this be a system error?

Why are they asking me to provide my biometrics a second time? Is this a red flag after four months of application?

Here are the dates of my communications and submissions:

- Biometrics Collection Letter: June 25, 2024
- Biometrics Collection Letter: February 19, 2024
- Submission Confirmation: February 16, 2024

Check very well ,if you received yesterday the BVL,Biometric verification letter,then ,later today or tomorrow morning your decision letter would be delivered as well.....they are not asking you to do another Biometrics,,,,the one u received yesterday is BVL(Biometrics verification letter) to follow immediately is your decision letter

In that your portal did see Biometrics validation letter together with generic refusal letter? In pdf format, click the generic refusal letter it will download, you willvsee reason you were refused

No need to mislead others just tell us if you want to how your Timeline was,no need for misleading

This advice is best you have given above , but it only applies if the applicant is certain they have personally applied and used the bank statement obtained directly from the bank, not through an agent. The reliability of visa agents' uploads document is questionable. I recently acquired a GCMS note for an individual who was banned. Despite the agent's claim of using the original statement provided by the individual, the agent suggested that the individual might have suffered a spiritual attack. I found this excuse implausible, so I requested the GCMS note, which contained all the submitted documents. when l recieve all the form and document supported ,The bank statement submitted by the agent was evidently fraudulent; I didn't even need to verify with the bank. It was riddled with typographical mistakes, inconsistent fonts, and alignment issues. It's distressing because agents not only sabotage individuals' plans but also cause discord within families. It's baffling how any rational person could accept a ' family spiritual attack' as a justification for visa denial, an excuse the agent employed to mask his fraud and incompetence!

I went for my biometrics in January, I just got a message from ircc asking me to provide more concrete information concerning my bank statement. When I applied I had about 15m in my account which I submitted the bank statement for but I have been making expenses from that same account as I'm a realtor and I recently had my wedding and other personal and career expenses. I currently have about 2.5M in the account and I got this message from them this morning asking me to defend my bank statement within 7 days. What do I do please

They send you a Procedural fairness letter, so you will need to respond with evidence,you dont need to print any more account other than go to your bank and let them give you a letter that your account is genuine on their letter head they will quote the account number,your full name and address

Then you will now back it up with a very good letter too ,i.e that you will never do anything or involve yourself with anything fraud, that with this your integrity is as stake,and that you just got married,and now your wife and some of your associate saw this letter and they begin to have doubt about you,so you need to clear your name

After writing a very good letter go and notarized it,and scan it with the bank own and send it to them
